I have written a review about living here in the past, however I wanted to leave another review with an update. I’ve seen multiple reviews complaining about the safeness of the area, and complaining about maintenance issues and I have lived here since April, and have experienced no issues with maintenance whatsoever. I am not sure what other people are doing when they call maintenance, but if you simply fill out the online form as instructed, or call the office, they will send someone over within the hour. Also, regarding the issues of safety, it’s Huntsville. There is enough people here to

Since Monday every time my microwave gets used it shuts off power in my laundry room, second bedroom, second bathroom and kitchen. The first two days I chalked it up to as a fluke. By Wednesday I contacted the rent office, no follow up. Thursday morning, I called again. This time I was told someone will be out today as they were in route. No one showed up on Thursday and by 3pm the office has closed. Of course today being Christmas Eve no one is answering and no one is in the office. So, Today makes five days with me having to choose between my microwave or having electricity in half my apartment

For the last several weeks a disgusting odor has been coming into my unit from the air ducts. After removing the cover to the bathroom fans I noticed dust caked as far back as I could see. As someone who is allergic to dust I was alarmed and immediately sent pictures and description to the maintenance office. A maintenance technician “Brandon” quickly examined the fan in less than a minute and then left telling me that “there is just going to be some dust in there”. The smell has continued to get worse to the point where the apartment is basically unlivable, and the dust visibly emanating

I have been a resident at the reserve at research park for over a year and you definitely get your moneys worth. Modern upgrades and stainless steel appliances, there’s always parking available, and units are equipped with WiFi. Not to mention Erika the assistant manager is wonderful. Anytime there is a problem she is quick and efficient in resolving the issue. She is also very kind and goes out her way to make sure me and other residents are satisfied. On site police officers and security which makes me feel more safe.

I have lived here for about 18 months so far and I have no complaints. I renewed my lease after a year, decided to stay and moved into a 3 bedroom. Any maintenance request I submitted was answered and fixed within 24 hours.. usually it's Patrick who is always friendly and professional. The leasing ladies are the best! Erika and Vicky are my favorites and they always have snacks 😆. Thanks for making my move in easy ladies and gentleman.

I have been living at The Reserve for almost 3 yrs and I have to commend Ms. Erika in the leasing office! No matter the issue whether it was maintenance or a general question she has always been quick to respond and very compassionate. We need more people in leasing offices who have an open ear to tenants concerns. Her door has always been open and not just to me but to many of the tenants I have spoke with on the property! Thank you for great customer service.

I’ve been a resident for several years and I love my apartment/home. The community is beautiful, well maintained and conveniently located to everything. Everyone is friendly and professional and works hard to attend to your requests in a timely manner. You can tell the staff really works together to resolve any issues or concerns that arise. I have lived here for almost 5 years and this place is amazing. I love the staff member Erica. She is very professional and provides warm welcome to all who she encounters. She is one of the most professional person I have met in a long time that works at apartment complexes.. she makes me feel right at home. Erica is the best and the area is very nice.

I’ve been here for a few months and have loved it! Angie, Vicki, & Melissa made the process of moving in so easy and they also all answered any questions I had. They are all super sweet! Lots of shopping to do close by and the grocery store is just hop & a skip away.. I also love all of the extra things that come with living here, such as the many pools, nice exercise areas, and they even have an area to groom my fur baby! The apartments are very spacey and they also have granite table tops which is a nice touch. I can’t wait to spend many more months at The Reserve.❤️

This has been a great place to live. In my two years, I can’t complain because the staff was always professional and handled any issue I had within two days at most. I’ve loved my two years at the reserve. Management changed after the first year, renovated, painted exterior, upgraded all the appliances and more. It’s a very nice, quiet, safe community that has everything you need an more. Location is convenient to almost everything. I may rejoin in the future. Thanks for all you’ve done.
