John and Janet Latham have been in this location for over 20 years. They are actively involved in the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce and South Kitsap Rotary Club, and they are very committed to supporting small businesses in the community. Their shop is located in Port Orchard on your way towards Manchester.
Frame repair involves restoring frame components to their original dimensions, as well as to their original strength. Where metal is bent it becomes hardened in the bend where the molecules are pushed together. During our "stress relief", the molecules are arranged back to their original configuration and the steel is restored to its original strength.
We use top-notch technology in all body repairs to provide the quality control that you would expect. Our teams handle auto body restoration for both individuals and companies. Our range of services extends from passenger vehicles, to truck body repairs including RVs. Our collision repair center uses the most advanced high-tech equipment.
Although insurance companies will tend to recommend the auto body shops they know, as a customer you have the right to take your car to the place you trust the most. We've worked with hundreds of insurance adjusters over the years. They will typically come to our shop to inspect your vehicle and write an estimate.

John Latham (owner) personally went beyond to make sure my car was running like new and safe to drive. He guarantees his work which many other repair shops won't do. He stands behind his work and has the most experienced technicians in the business. The fact that he is a Military Veteran brings an even higher regard for his shop, as we are a military family as well. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I highly recommend Port Orchard Auto Body, and will go out of my way to use them again if needed.

Top shelf customer service and my car looked better than when I drove it off the lot after I bought it. Gary and the entire team was very helpful, did a beautiful job, and the price was extremely competitive. It's locally owned and they take a lot of pride the in work that they do. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and if needed will not hesitate to go back again.

I brought my car in hearing they were a good shop. They gave me an estimate of what it’d be to do some body alignment and I was okay with the said cost. When I went and picked it up it was about $500 more than the original cost and found out it was because of parts. The main issue is that they bought an impact bar for like $300 and the first one I found when I googled it that night was $60. I try returning it and they tell me they will find out if they can return it without the packaging, now I feel like they’re just trying to avoid it or something. Besides that they did get everything straight

I was rear ended and had to have some work done on my 2017 Chevy Colorado. This shop made everything extremely easy. They were quick, professional and flexible. Gary was extremely responsive and provided great customer service as well. Definitely would recommend this shop!

This group did an amazing job after my teenager ran into a fire hydrant with the front end of my van. They went above and beyond to get it fully repaired and actually looking better than it did before! Communication with Gary was excellent, they worked directly with Geico and they had it done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this shop!

Gary, Josh and the gang did an amazing job on my mustang. They had to replace much of the front end (bumper, lower grill, etc.) and match the stripes. They treated it like it was their car. Okay, wasn't good enough. It looks beautiful!
And, they did all the coordination with my insurance. An amazingly stress free experience. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I dropped my car off with them for a repair, they gave me a ride home at no cost and fixed my car in a timely matter. I was super worried about matching the paint and they were able to get an exact match mixed up. They even washed my car for me before I picked it up. Super affordable, I thought it would cost so much more and it was much less than I had expected. They are really nice and friendly , I felt very comfortable like I was talking to old friends. These guys did an amazing job! My car suffered some heavy damage on the front right bumper that even damaged my washer fluid reservoir and front right headlight housing. I searched and compared three different Port Orchard auto body shops, and these guys gave me the best rates! Gary and the guys there are super friendly and made the process really easy!
