Inwood Estates Vineyards
In the future, Texas will become the 'Europe' of North America, mimicking the greatest Old World styles on American soil. Inwood's mission is to pioneer those products with cutting-edge viticulture. For over 37 years, Dan Gatlin has perfected the art of winemaking in the state of Texas. A pioneer in Tempranillo growing, Inwood Estates Specializes in making the highest quality wines from the best Texas grapes.

Inwood's owner and winemaker, Dan Gatlin, was one of the first winemakers, along with West Texas vineyard owner Neal Newsom, who demonstrated over a decade ago that tempranillo was the grape with the most potential in the Texas High Plains.

Traveling from Denver and this was my second attempt to visit this tasting room on a Saturday. They would not serve tastings due to club pick up. Not busy at all. Left without trying wine. Will not be returning. Very disappointed in how hard it is to fast at this tasting room.

Hands down the best winery in Texas. The Gatlin's have been making wine for decades and know their stuff. Their wine is more old world in style, and Tempranillo and Cabernet wines make up a lot of their collection. They just added couches so it's become more cozy. Highly recommend!
