Our tables have been moved 6ft apart with partitions and we are taking special care with cleaning and sanitizing. This is going to be "The Place" in the Valley. Full service family run restaurant with something for everyone, family friendly, "counter" seating, TV's to watch the game and to top it off, great food and drinks at modest prices. Our Chef is creating a menu that will have a wide variety of made from scratch, fresh locally sourced tasty creations.

Two best things about Back 40.
The staff! They were all so friendly & engaging. And as tough as I feel like their jobs are, they all seemed to enjoy it.
The FLAVORS! Anyone can serve a prime rib. And I’ve had several. Even farm to table in other places. But this was fantastic.
We’ll be back for brunch in the morning!!
