There are two reasons for it not being 5*. The cons: First, the service was spotty. Waited a long time to get the server, then later he would walk past and fill other table's waters, but not ours...and the restaurant wasn't full. Second, the elk was tough - twice. This is not the server's fault, but the chef's. I had had the best elk tenderloin the previous night at Twisted Fern. The pros: The wine selection was good by the glass. The charcuterie plate was fan-tas-tic. I only wish I had been served more than the heel of the loaf of (very tasty) wheat bread. My husband had the mushroom pasta which

Great food and great service. Appropriately priced for PC and the peak season. I’d recommend the short beef rib with extra mashed potatoes on side.

My beet salad, to start, was not a mere salad, but a work of art. It was almost too pretty to eat, but once I gave in, the flavors were as artistically combined as the presentation. My entree bouillabaisse was unique in featuring grilled trout across the top of a traditional type shell fish soup base, but the entire effect was way beyond traditional and the flavors here shined in their combination. Dessert, just as unique as the salad and entree, was a take on a cheese course, offering whipped cheese with delicate meringue crisps on top. Wine selection was somewhat limited, but nicely priced. I had the vegetarian ravioli. Amazing dish! Only problem is the service is pretty small. The person that accompanied me had the chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables, amazing dish. The mashed potato’s took the spotlight for sure. The customer service we received was also very good. I would recommend this place.

Porcini soup was good. Elk dish was lacking some flavor for me. Also service was not on par with the prices they charge. Our waiter never even asked what temperature we wanted elk and duck cooked. Good that we didn't mind eating rare meat. Also he never introduced himself.

Amazing hospitality from Lindsey and Chef Clement, and the food was excellent. Located in the center of Main Street - fresh local dishes
For starters I would highly recommend
the local Park City Baked Brie Served with the stone fruit marmalade, crostini, and apples.in addition to the French onion soup.
For main course we enjoyed the herb and cheese ravioli served with the arugula pesto and tomato confit.
short rib out of country France and the expertly prepared ultra tender and juicy pork chop is not to be missed.
The pork chop was the favorite of the night served with farcement potatoes,

While the food was amazing. Our service was not on the same level. It was our anniversary night and while there were 5 other tables, our waitress could be a little bit more tentative. We stayed past closing only to stand up and wait for check for a while, to which we had to ask a different waitress for the check. We were hoping for a romantic dinner but the atmosphere was not ideal where co-workers can spank each other in front of customers.
Again, food was amazing, but wished we could've picked a different spot for our anniversary night.

We came here on a Friday and the restaurant was packed. After we were seated, we kept ourselves entertained for a bit because the service was a little delayed.
The food was great and had great variety. The steak we got was over cooked, we ordered medium rare and it came well done. They took it back and replace the whole plate.
We also got the mussels appetizer. The mussels were very small and some had sand in it as we were eating them.
My friends duck confit wasn’t anything too special, the pasta was a bit al dente and left a lot to be desired.
Overall, a good atmosphere with decent offerings
