I came in with my father who is a veteran and my entire family and couldn't believe how great the service was. They accommodated my entire family. Everyone was helpful. They were kind helpful and made me feel like I belonged in park city. I love Butcher' and they were the best bar I experienced in park city, by far!

Overall I felt that this restaurant was a bit overrated. There were three in our party, and everyone agreed the food quality (we all had steaks) was fine but nothing special. Mine was a bit overcooked. Shrimp cocktail appetizer was very good. Service was good. A solid three star experience but a little underwhelming.

Second year in a row coming here on our annual trip to park city and it again did not disappoint! Awesome lobster nachos. Steaks are great. We sat at a booth in the bar area that has a young/trendy vibe which was fun. Right across the way from high west /great location. Spicy marg also a 10/10. We will be back!

The food quality was excellent...however, the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Our waiter seemed she was in a very bad mood since we sat down and took forever to get initial food...was later jammed with everything from appetizers, entres and main dishes. We literally had to beg for silverware and pick up finished plates.
The manager did help out and seemed really torn about the situation...

Great food - fun atmosphere - service started slow but finished well. I think they were slightly understaffed. Loved the atmosphere in the yurt!
But the speakers were playing so loud we could hear each other talk. We asked multiple times for the sound to be turned down but it wasn't and was a big damper on the whole experience.

Tried this place for my birthday because the food had decent reviews. I'd had a bad experience here before and this time was no different. Had a reservation. Walked in and were told to have a seat and wait. Hostess came over and said they didn't have a table "inside", but she could seat us "outside in a cozy area". Had to put a coat on to get to it and we were seated at a table in the middle of the yurt that looked like it had just been placed there. It had one chair and another had to be brought in. My steak was cooked to perfection but the rest of the meal was so so, service was sub-par. Maybe I am too picky but there were some little things that service here lacks. We got seated and bread was served right away , after that, our service was terrible. Menus were never picked up off the table, took forever to get our order taken. We had to ask for steak knives. My Caesar salad was nothing but the core of the Romaine lettuce. My baked potato was old and should have been use to make hash browns instead of a dinner house baked potato. I do have to give a shout out for the outstanding grilled

Great wine list...we had a bottle of Caymus. Filets were cooked perfectly. The lobster tail add-on was amazing. Cheesecake and a 10 year Ware's Tawny Port for dessert was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Our server, Connor, was the best! She took great care of us...I was so impressed with her, I had to give her a high-five on my way out, (along with a tip worthy of her service of course!) We will definitely be back!

We are out of town and ordered here because of all the good reviews and the food looked good in the pictures that have been posted. We ordered the 16 oz prime steak medium for pick up. The steak was not cooked good at all and was a pink/grey color on the outside. I have never been somewhere and ordered steak that looked like this when it came out. Customer service was good but the food was not.

I'm visiting park city in late Nov so it's not "peak season" and didn't have to make a reservation. We were told the bar area had better atmosphere and that was a good recommendation. They have a happy hour until 7 and the menu items are $7. TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Our service was amazing so extra star there. The food was served quickly so extra star there. My old fashioned was made perfectly so extra star there. How can I not give them 5 stars?

I forgot to take a picture of the prime rib! It came with a side of mac n cheese & brussel sprouts. It was disappointing how small the sides were. The pasta was alright. For appetizers, we got the lobster nachos and the buffalo dip. The Buffalo didn't have much kick to it. I didn't try the dessert. Also, their old fashioned drinks were spectacular.

Great steak and fantastic place for a romantic dinner out. My only gripe is I feel the hostesses are not dressed to meet the aesthetic of the restaurant. I loved the melt in your mouth steak and the rolls were warm and soft. The broccoli soup was okay but I think it could have used more seasoning. It was simply a broccoli purée. All requests were met and they accommodated our group of 11 in record time and no one was waiting on anything. I definitely recommend.

This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I had Buffalo for the first time and was not disappointed, it was cooked how I ordered it and very juicy. The blue cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates were like candy, I could eaten a whole plateful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in Park City!

Coming here would make you very happy. Amazing service, very kind and accommodating, good food portion so perfect for the price, and divine steak taste! Their Prime Rib is simply delicious, as the meat is juicy, and the flavors come alive in your mouth. Side dishes are also excellent, having been meticulously prepared and cooked to perfection.
I cannot recommend Butcher's Chop House & Bar highly enough. Just visit them; everything is worthwhile.

While on vacation, my wife and we're able to have a date night and came across Butchers Chop House.
Made a reservation for two and let me tell you, l will definitely come back.
We were seated right away, Renato and Blanco quickly brought us something to drink, bread and were and able to just sit and relax.
Cailie (hope I spelled her name right) was awesome, made some recommendations, mention the specials and let me tell you. The bison steak was delicious, my wife had the prime rib which was so good, everything was prepared nicely and drinks were great.
Recommend to try the jalapeño Mac

The off season special caught my attention. Dining room was full and only has bar seating, which is not bad. I came here twice, so bar seating doesn't serve bread and dining room does. The fried calamari was interested. Never have the fried lemon, but actually quite good, I am additive to that. The steak is decent, but for the two for the price of one, I am happy. Those are good quality steak.

To start the bar menu was pretty big and offered a wide variety of drinks. I first tried the homemade mule with their homemade ginger syrup. Was not a fan, syrup wasn't great and the mix was off.
Got the lobster dip appetizer to start which was decent. Lobster was definitely real but chips were over cooked.
For my meal I got the lamb which was very good and cooked perfectly. The mint jelly was a little weird but everything else

A group of four of us made a reservation at 5:30 on a Monday. The place was pretty empty. By the time we finished our food, the place was packed - not a table empty. The tables weren't spread out and social distancing was definitely not enforced.
Drinks: They were great. I had the "Mountain Monk", my friend had the "Fireside Old Fashioned", and the other two had wine. Everything was so good.

The food was so good and so was the wine list! We loved the prime rib and lobster! The calamari appetizer was excellent as well! Our server Karina was wonderful too! I made a same day reservation which was awesome b/c they made it happen which in Park city is a challenge. I loved the place and would definitely go back! Great wine list and atmosphere! It's in my Park city must return to list! Trust me you'll LOvE it!!

Every meal I've had here has been good.
But more so the service is always awesome.
The managers are great, the servers are great, the bartenders are great!!
They go out their way to accommodate everyone.
This is quite unlike many places in Park City where the servers are indifferent and the staff frequently treat customers like they are doing them a favor when they speak to them.
Great place to watch a football game as well!!
