Working in unison, the agency offers free referral services to older adults and their families. We are able to answer questions by phone or meet you in person. My mother needed memory care after wandering from her assisted living facility. I was lost as to what to do and was put in contact with A Caring Heart. Kathy jumped right on it, gathered all of our information and had appointments lined up the next day. Her knowledge and experience was incredible. Her patience and honesty was immediately obvious and we found the best place for my mother in very little time. My mother is very happy today and so are all of us in the family. I cannot thank Kathy and A Caring Heart enough for the help and expertise we received. Thank you so much!!!!
