I have stayed at a lot of apartments and I mean a lot but I’ve never had a management team that cared more about their tenants than the team here at Quail Lakes Apartments!! Every problem is met with the quickest, and most feasible solution. All of the staff all the way down to the maintenance team really values, and takes pride in what they do. My husband and I sold our home so quickly that we did not a new home to move into. Quail Hollow at the Lakes was one of the few apartment complexes that offered short term leases. Quail Hollow at the Lakes is not just a place to live. It is truly a place to call home. Their staff is very attentive specially Ashley. She makes sure you feel welcomed and answers every question under the sun. She makes the whole process of moving easier. Their maintenance staff is professional and great at what they do. I am very happy to call Quail Hollow at the Lakes home.

I lived at Quail Hollow for 2 years. It was fantastic. The new leasing office staff are amazing and the maintenance crew is timely, efficient, friendly, and clean! Ashley at the office is extremely personable and knowledgeable about the property. Highly recommend. Family and student friendly.

We have been here almost 3 years now, the community is very clean and well kept. The maintenance guys are great and manage to always get to your maintenance requests on time! They have re-opened the pool after construction and it has brought us lots of enjoyment this summer! Ashley and Ryan in the office are both kind people.

I have to be honest, Ashley's whole vibe is what sold me to choose Quail Hollow. Yes I love the apartment layout and it is peaceful but, with living here less than a month, I have had some minor issues and Ashley has not hesitated to handle them all! She makes you feel like you can count on them to help you make this place your home! A business who's employees display such commitment and compassion must care about their employees which reflects on the satisfaction of the customer/tenant! I have lived here for over a year now and I have to say this is the best apartment complex I have lived at! The lake views are beautiful and the Maintenance dept. responds so fast to all my requests! I never have trouble finding a parking spot right in front of my apartment either. The appliances in the apartment are newer and I never have a problem with them. W/D in-unit is very convenient. Prices are the best in town. I highly recommend living here. 10/10.

The management is amazing and work with you to find you the exact apartment you want. Maintenance helps out with everything and attend quickly to calls. The community is amazing full of students, families, dogs and more. I love it here so much I’m signing another year here. I absolutely recommend this wonderful place.

Between the great maintenance staff and quick turn-around on issues that arise periodically to the friendliness, warmth, and professionalism of the staff, we couldn't ask for a better place to live. The apartments are in great shape and are well-maintained, the playground is great for our kids, and the dog park is a favorite of our dog. We truly could not be happier anywhere else and we have been happy to call Quail Hollow home for two years now. Thank you to Ashley, Ryan, Steven, and Denny for everything that they do!

We moved here a year ago and absolutely loved it. Nice office staff, nice tenants, and close proximity to so much more than we were at our previous condo. We also love being so close to the local schools. We did have issues that were out of our control with the people below us complaining of noise over the span of that year, though we were sure to be as quiet as possible. You can hear noise and floors are creaky, so it is unavoidable to make noise on anything other than the first floor. We just moved a few weeks ago into a ground floor three-bed here instead, and we love it so much more. We hear

I've been at Quail Hollow for only a few months, but my experience has been great so far! This is the most quiet apartment I've live in, which is something that's really hard to find. I haven't had any issues with my unit and Ashley is quick to answer any questions I have. The price is also reasonable for the size of apartment, location, and amenities offered. Highly recommend to anyone!

I lived there for two years. The grounds were kept neat, the staff was always nice, and I never had any problems from management or other tenants.
