ZERO STARS...THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! KEEP LOOKING. The staff is rude and unorganized. They make everything inconvenient. I cant wait to leave this outdated dump. The only reason people live here is because options are slim in the area. OVERPRICED, SMALL, OUTDATED. The repair guys are so nice! I guess they have to be since they will continually be at your apartment making repairs. The leasing staff is garbage.

I have been living at Fox Chase Apartments for 5-6 month.
My experience has been pretty positive overall. The location is fantastic with shopping and its close to the highway, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, it is a very safe area/neighborhood, and the rent is competitive.
My interactions with maintenance has been positive.
The only negative would be, as mentioned in other reviews, that the apartments are a bit dated, but I wouldn't consider it significant enough to be a deal breaker, to be honest.
I felt like leaving this review since there are a lot of negative reviews and this place

I'll start off with the good things about Fox Chase.
The apartment complex is rather quiet and peaceful. All of the residence we had the pleasure of interacting with, including our maintenance man, were extremely nice as well. The office staff were always kind, helpful, and made the effort to address us by name any time we stopped by. We even adopted a cat from their rescue program which was an added bonus! It really was a pleasure to live there for the year my fiancé and I were residence.
Now for the less desirable issues.

Worst experience EVER! In the 7 months we lived there half of our appliances did not work properly. It took a minimum of 5 visits per appliance before they were fixed or replaced. It took 6 weeks to get a new hot water heater (they didn’t order until after 6 maintenance visits) , two weeks to get a dishwasher (didn’t order until after 5 maintenance visits). Waited until it leaked water all over the floor, 4 months before our clothes dryer was fixed...then the maintenance man said there was so much lint he was surprised it hadn’t caught on fire.

People in the office are extremely rude. Looks super dirty when you walk in. Was assisted by a lady that literally looked like she was on crack, smelled like straight cigarettes. Not sure what her name was only detail I can give is that she had really messed up eyebrows and she wears her makeup 10 shades too dark.. not even trying to be mean that’s literally the only thing I remember besides her being rude.. talked to her a bit and never came back.. the people who work for you represent you.. goodluck to anyone who decides to move here. Would recommend Perry’s crossing its so much nicer and

Almost all other apartment complexes I have lived at, in regards to the fine print of the lease agreement are for the most part flexible. Just be VERY aware of the fine print and these people are in it for the money. Also after you move out, I highly recommend checking your credit report as they will say everything is settled but still put it out for collections.
Otherwise people living there are friendly. Very quiet also.

Lived here for years. Fantastic apartment complex. Apartments are clean and spacious. I would readily recommend these to those who are willing to pay a bit more for a quiet, clean, safe community.
Many of the tenants are young professionals, families, and UTMC/MCO medical students.
The leasing office staff are very friendly and know each tenant by name. They made my stay here so much easier!
The maintenance staff is also very friendly and skilled, and they always got to my requests within 24 hours. There is an on-call staff for emergency after-hours issues.
