Lived there over a year ago, they gave us and all of our neighbors 30 days to move because the highway was being built through those buildings, displacing over 80 people. Gave us nothing to leave, charged $200 in “clean up.” For apartments set to be demolished. Fast forward a year and a package we ordered was accidentally sent to the old apartment and we drove by to see if it was there, it was not but there was a new resident— in fact, most of the apartments set to be demolished have new residents. I've lived at Pace's Crossing for 3 years and have had nothing but a great experience over all. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance has been extremely professional and friendly and able to take care of any problems without delay. A special shout out to the guys on the maintenance team: Chris, Zack, Juan, Vlad, and Julio. These guys constantly go above and beyond and proved so even during the Texas winter storm. My heater in my apartment had gone out (along with several other residents) and to my surprise they were able to come out on a weekend and fix my heater the same day I reported

When I needed an Apartment recently and closer to the Denton TWU area by mistake I contacted their office and spoke with Mckenna. My goodness, After I've filled my application and the only thing pending was that my wife filled her side on the application. The next day I founded out that my apartment has been rented it out to someone else.
When this lady was asked why you guys did that her response was; "First Comes First Served" Really? That was very unprofessional and uncalled for, but I guess it worked it out for the better. Needless

The best thing about living at Pace crossings is their office staff. Jordin and Cory are very helpful, super pleasant and always have answers/solutions for you!! Maintenance team are professional and always available. Overall quite place, great location have access to everything near you plus I-35. I also rented the guest apartment twice for family and was nice/affordable.

I signed a lease here a few years ago. When I went to move in my apartment I had hornets and I told the leasing office about it and several days later I went to move in again and nothing had been done. When I went to talk to the leasing agent about it she was very rude and had a lot of attitude. I had a bad feeling about this place and I got out of my lease. I'm so glad I did!

A friend of mine moved out of here and the management charged them 60 dollars for removing furniture that was not there. My friend had taken a video of the apartment before leaving showing that it was clean and empty. Management here just ignored that and insisted that they had left furniture. Management also charged them for water damage from a leak in the apartment upstairs as well as some spurious "cleaning" fees. Be prepared to forfeit your deposit when you move out.

The people who run the leasing office are wonderful and truly helpful! My boyfriend and I went in yesterday and fell in love with the place. Jordin, our agent, was a delight and answered all of our questions and showed us how nice the property was. Hopefully calling this place our home soon! I've lived in Denton for a few years and rented other properties, but Paces Crossing is Denton's best kept secret.

I'm surprised to see the complex has poor reviews! I've been living here for almost two years and I absolutely love it here. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help out. Landscaping is always lovely. Pools are clean and the jogging trail and dog park are well maintained. It's an overall quiet place to live too. I split rent on a one bedroom with my boyfriend and its very affordable. And there's a shuttle that goes straight to UNT! I think Paces crossing is a well kept secret among students because they're not marketed as "student living" but

MILITARY FAMILIES BE AWARE. Had a friend who's husband was in the military - stationed in OKC. They agreed to let her break her lease when he came down here. After he made the move and rented an apartment else where, they would not allow her to break her lease.
How crappy is that when they try to screw over the very people that are protecting this Nation?

I recommend that you do not move in to Pace's Crossing unless it is a last resort. The property has horribly maintenance and what they think of as an upgrade for an apartment is not to a standard that anyone I know would be comfortable with. I asked for an extermination and no one told me that exterminators would be in my apartment...(privacy) and I still have bugs crawling around the place. I can't wait until my lease is up and I just moved in.

Terrible management, never honest with their renters and don't care about their tenants. They don't mind their renters in the AM; Starting concrete construction at 6am the day before New Years. They also have the maintenance work early, mowing around 7am every week.. The hot tub is always dirty and if it's clean, then chances are that it's cold .. The pool is never clean as well. The hours on the pool and hot tub are 10 to 10, yet the gates are always locked around 8-9. They will also enter your apartment without notice, not caring for their renters privacy.
