Do NOT apply here! I never heard of paying a deposit before you know if your approved or not. Application fee, yeah! I am sooooo disgusted that I canceled my application the day after applying early November. I was told my deposit would be sent to me 30 days after the application was canceled. Here is is almost January and I DON’T HAVE MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I’ve contacted the apartment complex more than enough and I even reached out to cooperate, I’ve gotten NOTHING!!!!! The fact that they have to send a check for a deposit that shouldn’t have ever been asked for is absolutely ridiculous!

I’ve been a tenant for years and I have to admit the transition from Southwood Realty to Sunbelt Properties have brought forth major improvements. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. Hats off to Mr. Miller who has been informative , respectful and tactful. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment...

Initially I had an issue with my move in date and being that I traveled so far it wasn't easy for me to just go back home. The office fixed the issue within. 24hours. I still didn't get the move in date I wanted but they accommodated me. Mistakes are expected to be made it's how you handle them afterwards that matter. Thank you Wellington Farms for going out of your way. & especially to the young lady at the front desk who fixed it!

I’m a current resident at Wellington Farms. The office staff here is generally unhelpful and unfriendly. Maintenance requests are not resolved quickly, and the office staff has very poor communication on the status and remedy of maintenance issues. Also, the front office is now refusing to accept packages for residents and will return the packages to the sender if they arrive to the office. My fiancé and I rent this apartment together and have had various personal items stolen from our apartment patio. We’ve reported these thefts to office staff each time with no response or assistance. Wellington Farms has a wonderful staff that works hard to make sure everything you need is in top notch condition. The community is pretty quiet and well kept. Parking is never an issue and the cleanliness of the community is great.
This review is particularly for Katie the property manager, for being tactful and making sure any preexisting issue are resolved expeditiously. Me and my son enjoyed our stay here at wellington farms. It was bittersweet leaving because he meet so many friends. I can truly say it was a pleasure staying here. Maintenance always on time. All of the office staff were professional, and friendly. The apartments are spacious, friendly neighbors. Very quiet environment, and convenient to alot of restaurants and stores. Definitely will recommend these apartments!!

My experience as a tenant with Wellington Farms was extremely positive. The management and maintenance team are constantly working very diligently to address issues.
Unit inspections are routine and adequate notices are provided as well. As long as you take care of your unit and remain courteous to your neighbors, you will have a good experience.
