Windsor Place Apartments

1000 a month and when they moved in it my son in his (lazy ex ). It was still trashed out from where the people moved on it before them

Very unprofessionally operated complex. The maintenance people steal. managers don’t do anything. would not recommend living at this place. My Beats headphones, clothes, my money and other things were stolen by the maintenance people and no action was taken apart from the people saying it never happened.

It's like they try to make living here as uncomfortable as possible. The water pressure is terrible. Having only one place to drop your garbage it a hassle and gross. Every time I have issues with my apartment it's never fixed the first time, they leave a mess, and I have to call again.

Moved in about a month ago. The apartments are over priced and outdated. The water pressure is low and feels like you're in a sprinkler instead of a shower. The trash compactor is constantly overloaded because they only have one for the entire complex and it reeks of filth once you approach it with trash surrounding the walkway. The office staff never answers the phone and when they do they're dry and rude as if you're bothering them. The second week here someone dropped their trash from their car (I assume) and it stayed in the street for 3 days. I'm starting to see a pest problem. The air conditioner

Upscale and would also like to add that the maintenance crew are the absolutely amazing so the staff is upscale to...good people and accommodations

I have only lived in Windsor Place Apartments for a few months, but I have to brag on the staff here. Ms. Pam in the office is genuinely the nicest person. She always has a friendly voice and seems to care. The maintenance team is so fast and efficient. If you put in a repair request, they will have it completed the same day or next day. Thank you to the staff! You are awesome!!

Ms Pam was very nice and helpful and made you fell right at home we are looking forward to rent from you thank you for everything MS Pam.

If I could negative stars I would and if you are in college I suggest you rethink moving here because it will cause more stress. Our townhouse constantly flooded and we were broken into. Staff started off as great however throughout the year some changes were made and the managing staff is horrible.

Windsor Place is an excellent plavevto live. I have been staying here about 9 years. They have worked expeditiously to answer any calls and fix any broken things on my apartment. They are very understanding. I will recommend other people to come there to live. Its an awesome place to live.
