I want to tell everyone if you want a really nice place to live and have peace in your place. This place is absolutely awesome. Because I moved in here in Oct 2017. The Property Manager Jessica Gil, makes sure everything is taken care of in everyone unit and her maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful. I will probably live her for the rest of my life. It's a little noisy but it's like every apartment living. when I first moved into here I went through extremely hard times, but if it wasn't for the Property Manger and her staff helping me with my unit I wouldn't be here today. for me living here

Living is okay but my house alarm just keep beeping even though nothing happen and sometime it beep for the whole night, when one of the electronic ( I think) switch the old alarm with the new one I thought that it won't beep when it won't need to but it still beep and today (December 9) it beep for about 30 minute (it still beep will am writing this) and it has not stop. (as you can see am not that good a writing)

Since living here is been good times but also bad times. I have to put in the same work orders over for the same things, so with that I eventually gave up. My step sons car got towed for being in the visitor parking. I go to the office and ask when did they start towing? There response was so nonchalant and that rubbed me the wrong way. I been here going on three years and my car is not even registered. So here I am trying to figure out when they gave notice. Never got one.

I been living here for a few year's and it was fine..now it's just hell the ladies that work in the office are rude can't ask them questions cause they get attitudes like they don't like there job's..i complained a few time's about the smell of weed coming in my apt it's not just some day's it's everyday that it smells like that not only my apt smells like that a few other people said they are having that problem as well..until this day nothing has been done to get this problem fixed..the smell is disgusting and makes my head hurt..only people that are nice and understanding are the maintenance

Horrible experience living in these apts. Things were always breaking, took two months to get my ac fixed. Horrible neighborhood with tons of crime. Finally moved out after lease was up and management is trying to get us to pay 1200 dolars for cleaning fees after they kept our deposit. Would highly recommend not living here! Management was horrible, only people who got good service were friends and family of the manager and leasing agent.
