Absolutely love Parkside! The team all the way around is amazing. Our manager Michelle is extremely professional and does an awesome job making sure tenants are happy and puts together nice events for our community. The maintenance guys are extremely efficient and housekeeping keeps the grounds and buildings very clean. I would 1000% recommend this apartment complex! From the staff, to the amenities, to the location, Parkside is PERFECT.

I have now lived at Parkside Estates for 2 months and I absolutely LOVE it!!! My apartment is perfect. The location is great because it’s close to so many restaurants, stores, and the highway; but it sits back far enough that it’s secluded. The staff has been nothing but kind and prompt when fulfilling requests. It’s landscaped beautifully and very clean too!

I’ve lived here since May of this year & I love it here! The staff is super nice & helpful. The apartments are really great & the balcony is so peaceful and relaxing to sit on. The pool and gym are also top notch! It’s also nice and quiet here 98% of the time. Neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. All I can say is run, run far away from this crap hole. They will try and charge you $790 to paint a one bedroom apartment. They charge for the most absurd & ridiculous things! They are also not willing to work with you even if you were a great tenant.
You can hear your upstairs neighbors every little move. When they flood your apartment expect them to not spray for mold or even come check your ceiling. Your smoke detectors will go off and off and even after you ask THREE times for them to be fixed just rip them out yourselves. Your dishwasher will have gallons

I would like to thank the whole staff at Parkside for a wonderful place to live for the last 4 years, I would highly recommend your Complex to anyone looking for a quality place to live both inside and outside of apartment. Also a special shout out to your maintenance staff...Wow! What can I say except...These people were amazing for me over the 4 year course.

My apartment is very spacious, very updated and clean. Both Woman that run the Management are super nice and friendly, and quick when they are getting back to you about a problem. The 2 Janitor guys I have had Help with are amazing , they are there at my door when I need them! Very pleased with my year lease at Parkside. Great parking for all tenants.

I have lived here very long time and any problems I have had has been addressed quickly. I appreciate Dave our maintenance guy always very kind and helpful. Cannot thank Dave enough. I also think that Michelle has been doing a great job since she became manager for Parkside. Also our other maintenance man Dave also so helpful.

One of the best features in Parkside Estates is the fact that there is a private pool for the community members. It is what makes the prices worth it. It is also a great way to meet your neighbors. This year, Parkside received new management. As a result, the pool rules have become very strict. Items such as rafts and beach balls are no longer permitted. The staff has threatened to close the pool multiple times. What is the point of paying the prices if you can't even use their amenities?!

I lived at Parkside for over two years and recently moved out because of a number of factors. While the apartments are very nice and in a convenient location, AR Building company raised my rent well over $100/month each time I had to renew. When I first signed my agreement, they had a number of short-term lease options; however, when I renewed for one of those options, I was charged an addtional $200 fee.
