Wow. I was very impressed. I came in this week as a walk in and had been there once before and had the dazzling manicure and pedicure and loved it. Kate did my manicure today and my nails looked gorgeous. I am a retired chiropractor and my hands mean everything to me so she made them look truly amazing. Would highly recommend because they are truly professional and artistic as well as very friendly. Plus I'd like to mention I really enjoyed the very relaxing music and vibe of the staff. This is a five-star rating.

I went to this nail place and had an amazing 1.5 hr pedicure that was so much more than cutting my overgrown toe nails.
My pedicure was excellent. I even got a 20 minute leg and foot massage that put me to sleep in the vibrating massage chairs
Definitely a 5 star experience and well worth the money
I would definitely recommend pampered nails spa

We went to this nail salon for pedicures and after we left I noticed that the edges of my toe nails weren’t completely painted. This was the first time we visited and were offered little direction on what colors we could choose from or where to go. That being said, the massage and hot stone treatments were amazing and so relaxing and the staff was very kind - those really brought this rating to a four.

I love Kate, she does my nails great and takes her time. She introduced me to hybrid gel and I’m obsessed! For many years I’ve only done liquid hard gel, which isn’t common in this area. I’m very picky with my nails, but she hits it on the money! Their online appointment portal is great and I love that they email if anything changes. So happy I found this place!

Always clean and very comfortable, VERY friendly staff. They truly pamper you, massage chairs and hot rocks for pedis, pillows for your back during nails, water, smells nice. I look forward to this every 2 to 3 weeks to recharge my spirit! Oh and they always do a beautiful job, my dips look very natural...this is 1 week after being done.

I called and made a same day appointment. Once I arrived to the salon, I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed. The woman who told me to sit down ended up being Kate, whom she introduced herself to me. I ended up showing a picture from their yelp which was a beautiful set of pink and white ombré. She knew immediately what colors to use and started working. Overall, Kate worked quickly and made sure to check in with me to see if I was satisfied which I was -- especially since it was my first time there (I'm extremely picky). I'll post a picture since my nails came out beautifully

I've been to many nail salons and this is one of the worst. It's so dark, it looks closed when you arrive. You won't be greeted in a friendly manner and the woman who did my nails was very pushy. That's usually fine with me but only if you do a great job. She kept squeezing the s**t out of my fingers even though I asked her SEVERAL TIMES TO STOP!! She just kept right on squeezing and twisting my fingers ways they weren't meant to be twisted. Maybe I'm a baby but my fingers were sore for the rest of the day. The color and gel itself looked BEAUTIFUL but my nails looked

Kate is absolutely amazing at doing dip nails. I have went to other places and they come out looking thick and fake. She is the best and only one I trust doing my nails. She can do ombre nails and bas ially any picture from Pinterest I bring in to her. She is very nice and does her best to make you have a pampered experience!!

I had my nails done here 3 weeks+ ago before going on vacation in Puerto Rico and I was totally impressed with the result. Not only it was beautiful but also lasted for a longgggggg time, not to mention that I was in the water every day for almost a week during my vacation. I got TONS of compliments from people I came across on the street. They all admire the white, pink and glitter combination so much that I may have to come back and do the exact same style next time. BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!!

Well new to melrose first time wasn't to happy with regular mani and pedicure but I believe give a place a second chance 5 mins from my home well the pedicure was painful the women keep sand down my nail on top and made my toes sore ok then after that sent me to another for gel mani and heated to sell me a new products powder which I keep saying no anyways then to another for eyebrow wax all place I ever gone one women did mani and pedicure I felt all over the place so I won't be back I don't want to go a place I don't relax when going to one person to another

This place does an exceptional job! Christina is precise and makes sure the customer is getting exactly what they asked for. The customer service from everyone I have been in contact with at this place is excellent. They have an extremely large selection in colors which I love! I will never go anywhere else. I got an ombré dip powder manicure and a pedicure at Pampered Nails & Spa. Kate did my manicure and it was amazing! She took the time to shape my nails exactly how I wanted them and the ombré came out beautifully! My pedicure was also fabulous! I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the woman who did my pedicure because she was also excellent. I definitely will be back!

My first time here and it was a very nice experience. I was around the corner at Melrose nails waiting 20 minutes (after making an appointment), with 10 customers and only 4 technicians. They over booked and couldn't handle the volume. They didn't think my time was valuable. So I called Pampered nails and they were able to take me right away. A clean and friendly place and reasonably priced. I would definitely go back.

I popped in here back in November for a gel manicure and the owner, Katie, introduced me to powder dip manicures! She did such a fantastic job - they last 3 weeks. I am now hooked! The salon is so clean and beautifully decorated and all of the technicians are friendly! I can't recommend Pampered Nails highly enough!
