Services
Persons with tax problems may have many different alternatives available to them. The first step is to make an appointment to come and see me to discuss exactly what issues are present in your case. IRS payment plans are a much better way to deal with the IRS than a lien on hour land or levies against your wages or bank accounts.
To accomplish a loan modification a borrower first must be eligible. If a loan is too large, too delinquent, too old, too high or low of a percentage relative to gross income, or a rental, among other possible issues, the lender may not approve of a loan modification. The documents required for a loan modification by a lender are also technical and numerous.
Persons with tax problems may have many different alternatives available to them. The first step is to make an appointment to come and see me to discuss exactly what issues are present in your case. Do you wish to challenge the IRS or Department of Revenue within their administrative system or in Court?.
Bankruptcy is a legal process where in times of financial trouble with the aid of an attorney you can eliminate most of your unsecured debt. This usually would include credit cards, loans, medical bills and merchant accounts. It may not include child support and back IRS or State tax debt. Secured Debt on cars and homes can also be eliminated in Bankruptcy if you wish to surrender the auto or real property (home).
We are a "debt relief agency" - we help people file for Bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Second, a discharge can be denied in your entire case if, among other things: you have hidden assets, kept poor records, made a false claim, acted inappropriately, or received a discharge on a case filed in the past six years.

I contacted Mr. Noyes regarding a situation I had with a fraudulent collections account. He was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Though this is not an area he normally deals with, Mr. Noyes took on my case and brought it to a successful conclusion without my ever having to step foot into a court room. I highly recommend him and will use his services again if needed.

Absolute joke. My mother paid $800 just to receive disrespectful calls and emails. He has no clue what he is doing. We ended up having to do the case ourselves. He’s honestly closer to a scam artist than an attorney.

If this has negative stars I would put that. did a huge down payment and got nothing from it but a warrant and a few phone calls. Be very careful in my opinion here its not worth it at all.

The two negative reviews are quite accurate. I had a similar experience with this person.

Calm & Cool Operator with a Shrewd Demeanor. Represented My Family Well!
I received a referral from LegalShield to Mr. Noyes to assist in a family members bankruptcy in which I had an interest in the estate's assets.
Mr. Noyes never overpromised me any outcome but discussed with me what he felt were my best options based on the facts. What I liked right away was his very straight-forward and direct demeanor. He would listen to me discuss my frustrations then would give excellent counsel. There were a lot of other lawyers involved in this so I needed someone who I felt wouldn't give concessions

I work for a company in the Denver Metro Area and keep getting personal advertisement about Court Judgements. I contacted the office at 303-756-6789 and this woman answer. I asked nicely to be removed from their phishing mails. She basically flipped out on me and starting yelling at me when all I wanted was for them not to send me any junk mail to this business establishment. The letter wasn't even addressed to anyone that works here. She was very very rude to me and told me to just return to sender, as if she was talking to someone without a brain. The fact that she gave such terrible

After charging $2000 to help me with a previous bankruptcy, we talked on the phone 4 times approximately 10 minutes each time.
Done nothing on my case and tells me he worked behind the scenes to discharge my bankruptcy. I myself did all footwork. But Michael says he owes me no refund..
$2000 for 40 minutes of phone calls is expensive lesson to learn..

Long story short:
I am a 61 year old grandmother and was unemployed for 1 1/2 years; finally obtained low level employment....when I first went and saw Michael.
I had an IRS problem.
The first visit with Michael was an impressive visit.
That was the only time.
I made several calls to him which were not returned or returned much, much later, a simple problem taking months and nothing accomplished!!

My second visit he was telling me "a funny story" about another client and the IRS, he just wouldn't stop talking about nothing... I am paying a thousand dollars to listen to him babble

My wife and I needed a great deal l of help to chose the right path when we felt the down-turn in the economy along with medical problems. We were very very pleased with the many options that Michael Noys put before us and once we made our choice he led us through the legal system and kept us informed and explained everything. He and his office returned all calls quickly.and had the answers we needed. In the situation it was a very good experience and a very favorable out-come

Our circumstances involved both personal and business concerns making it more complex. Adding to the scope of our case were state and federal tax issues from the past two years and an aggressive business lender attempting to deny us the right to a fresh start. Mike was proactive, comprehensive, thorough and professionally assertive. He stood up for us and protected us when our financial world was spinning of its axis. I honestly believe he approaches the work he does for clients as if he was helping family. This engendered a high level of confidence and trust for us and we are grateful and

Due to medical bills, we have had to seek Michael Noyes' help twice (once in 2001 and again in 2012. Both times were Chap. 7, and both times the outcome was great. He is the go to guy for bankruptcy in my book.
