Here we will upload copies of your prescriptions, receipts and any other forms you'd need access to regarding your vision health. You can also update your personal information, including address, insurance, phone number, email, health history and more. The patient portal also includes a place to send us any comments, questions or concerns regarding your health information and we will respond promptly.

Best Eye Doctor in Elk Grove and beyond! They are incredibly kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable which makes it a super comfortable and enjoyable experience every single time. The staff is amazing as well as the selection of High quality and designer Eyewear, and it is all paid for by my insurance!! I really wish I could give 10 ⭐'s. Great job Crystal View 😎

AMAZING staff. First of off the wait was not too long at all, about 5 min. And the optometrist was soooo nice. She was very kind hearted and made sure the procedure went correctly and Swiftly. Then after I was met with the nicest, warm hearted woman to help me with which frames I should choose. Not kidding I took half an hour to pick 3 frames out of 7 that I chose. A very patient women. Sadly i forgot her name. Amazing around really. I will be coming here every year for as long as they are open.

Been going to Crystal View Opt. for years, even when they were at their previous location. Ive always had good service. I've never been surprised by the price I've had to pay for glasses / services. They make it simple and lay it all out for you. The staff has always been very kind.
I was surprised during my recent appointment when they me asked if I was still interested in contacts. I had forgotten that I inquired about them last year, which let's me know they keep good records for their clients.
They also do text alerts when your new glasses are available for pick up & for appointment confirmations

It was a very easy and friendly visit. My first eye exam went great and I was able to find out what my needs are. Highly recommend this place. Staff is super friendly and very respectful as well. The only down side is it will take forever to choose what frame you want since there is too much variety haha!

I've been a patient of Dr. McKnight for almost 10 years. She's kind, she listens, and provides the most knowledgeable answers to my questions, than any of my other doctors. Her staff is great as well, and will provide every piece of information I need to get the best out of my insurance. My husband is also a patient and I'll be making an appointment for my 5 yr daughter soon. I highly recommend them!

It was my first visit to Crystal View. They were able to set me an appointment a few days after contacting them. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They went over my coverage and showed me a few thing I didn't actually know (like how I qualify for new lenses every year!). I enjoyed my first visit and am excited to work with the Crystal View team and Dr. McKnight in the future!
