I broke my sunglasses recently and was in need of a new pair. I walked in Bradshaw Optometry because I was in the area and took a quick look at their sunglasses. They had big selection to choose from. The employee made lots of recommendations and let me try everything on. The Versace was absolutely perfect.
I also took the opportunity to see if my husband can check his vision. Last time he checked was about 20 years ago. Long story short, the doctor squeezed him in as last patient. His vision was worse than mine and was in need of a whole set up. The staff helped him choose couple of prescription

I came to get my eyes checked and get new glasses. They have the latest equipment so the exam was a breeze. They helped me choose a frame and I was able to find one at my price point. I have a big head so it's difficult to find a frame that fits and they were very helpful in recommending one that looks good for my face.
The doctor and the staff made me feel at home. I will be back next time.

Everyone here is cheerful, professional, and educated. I've been here twice and have enjoyed my experience both times. I've been looking for an optometrist that excepts anthem blue cross through MediCal and have been discouraged by the small number of places with 2 to 4 month waits. I called and got an appointment 3 hours later. Can you believe that?

Beware!!
I went to get a contact prescription and new glasses. Both prescriptions were bad!! When I went to pick up my eye glasses I informed the female assistant that my contact prescription was bad and to inform the doctor. I tried on my new Progressives (FYI: I have already had a pair) and I immediately told her that something was wrong. She told me to try them for two weeks and I did. I immediately got headaches, and I could not judge distance at all driving or walking around in my house.
My work schedule rarely allows me the ability to make it into their office during business hours

Go here if you want to go blind. I went for an eye exam and the doc (Kim) kept saying my eyes were 0.75 and it's better to wear the same power on both sides(really??). I told him both my eyes had different powers, so after I kept telling him he tried again and guess what.. it was 0.75 and 1.0. Moreover, he pushes you into doing some kind of retinal test instead of using dilation because it's quicker and that i can be charged extra $$$. I said I dont want to do it, and after he knew he failed to convince me, he walked off the room and said i disrespected his machine blah blah. Do yourself

The best thing about this optometry is that the fames are on the inexpensive side! I also called to get my vision report and retinal images sent to me and they sent it in an hour.
However, I wish they had better customer service and expectations for themselves - tailoring to the needs of the customers and assisting them through the process of finding frames.
I think my biggest issue is knowing how much of a difference there is in getting your frames fitted and having the doctor check to make sure they're fitted properly. At Bradshaw Optometry, they just handed me my glasses and didn&apos

"Dr" Kim mis-diagnosed a severe eye injury as allergies despite my protest and description of pain. I went to him for an emergency after having had him for general optometry for the last 2 years. As a known patient to him, he blew off my pain as allergies, proceeded with an eye exam for prescription lenses, told me that there was no way I could see as well as I claimed due to my age and diagnosed me in need of progressive lenses . When I protest this, I was told he was "very Busy" this day. He seemed to be going in circles and refused that I could be in actual pain.

The doctor is not thorough or trustworthy. He always rushes through my appointments, especially when he's got other customers or is about to go on break. I once had to wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, and the eye exam lasted about 10 minutes. I feel that he doesn't really care about his patients.
Also, this place has horrible costumer service. The staff is all over the place, there is clearly no communication between them. I reserved a pair of glasses and came back a few days later, but they couldn't find them again. Furthermore, I was told different things by different

I ordered 2 pair of glasses from this place on two separate occasions. The first pair were brand new and purchased from their shop. They installed the wrong lenses and I had to go back a second time to get the correct lenses. I gave them a second chance with a pair of sunglasses. I just wanted the lenses changed to have my new prescription installed. I wanted the same lenses that I had, just with the new prescription. What I received was mirror lenses, along the lines of something you would see a cop wearing. I am not a cop and this is not the 70's. No more chances, I just want my
