This is the first time I went to see this optometrist. I really liked Dr. Lee (I think was her name). She was pleasant and down to earth. I brought in two pairs of frames I had purchased somewhere else and got my eye exam and lenses here. One of the lenses was covered by medi-cal and the other I paid cash. I was told when I left that they would be ready in two weeks. I left messages at the 2 week mark and never got my calls returned. When I finally got in touch with someone she said that "medi-cal glasses take 3 weeks." No one could explain why. No one could explain why I didn't

The first time I visited the office for an exam, I was impressed with the service and the the staff was friendly. Received my new glasses in a timely manner (in about a week).
The second time I visited the office for an exam, the staff seemed a little off-putting, but Dr. Fong was great. I chose my frames and ordered my glasses, then waited and waited and waited.
Each time I called the office to check on the status of my glasses (once a week for almost 4 weeks), all i received was, "They're not in yet" by a rude staff member. After close to 4 weeks after I ordered my glasses,

We visited Dr. Daniel for changing our glasses. Dr. Daniel is a great doctor, very professional and he was so patient with my kids. When choosing our frames the staff was so patient and nice, the lady even recommended us what type of glasses we should wear. I highly recommend this place. They follow all COVID guidelines so we felt really safe

I've have previously used this Dr. In the past when he was located in Natomas... He got my RX wrong. Hey, it happens to the best, right? I don't go back to him, but my wife does because we live close by. Most every time we've gone into this office, the staff comes across as rude. Put-off if you can't decide on the frames (seriously?!... the customer is paying you a hefty mark up, and you don't have patience?? Give me a break.)
Im not sure if this office is run by family. And honestly, I'm not sure if its just the personalities or there's a moral problem.

First time here. I came because it was closer to my house. Receptionist very nice and welcoming. Nice and pleasant atmosphere in waiting area. I had to wait 5 mins before I was called in for pretest and immediately called in by the optometrist. He's very nice and explained everything as the process went on. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend him to everyone.

This was my first visit at Dr. Fongs office. Dr. Fong and his staff are amazing. I've worn glasses almost forever. Dr. Fong was so very patient regarding my questions and so detailed with the information provided. I felt so comfortable leaving there knowing what to expect. Staff was very patient with helping me pick out the best glasses that would work for me and understood the struggles with wearing glasses with long eyelashes.
I highly recommended if you're looking for A1 service come to Dr. Fong's office. I'm so glad I did!

I have been seeing Dr. Fong for more than 5 years now. My cousin has been seeing him since he first started! After switching my eye doctor I had my parents switch too. Our whole family is in love with Dr. Fong
He always has the best services and the most fashionable eye glasses! My experience with Dr. Fong's optometrist has been wonderful. Before my initial visit I called the office multiple times with questions about paperwork. The front desk was kind and patient with me throughout the process. This assured me that my first visit would be comfortable.

I look forward to my eye exams with Dr. Fong every year. Dr. Fong has been seeing me since I was 9 years old so I've been going to him for almost 20 years! They have friendly staff and a great selection of frames. Kim's the best! She helped me decide on my frames and she's honest if it doesn't look good. I have referred a few people here and they have continued to come back. Dr. Fong is real knowledgeable and very patient. The only downside is the parking. It's hard to find parking if they're busy and its a small lot. But other than that, I love coming here!
