The Carmel Drug Store was founded in 1910 on Ocean Avenue, between a bank and a hardware store, three stores northwest of San Carlos. We offer quality products & friendly service. Today it is situated between Olivier by the sea and Galerie Rue Toulouse. Some stores come and go, but the Carmel Drug Store is here to stay. It has kept its home here for 100 years and plans to continue the tradition for at least a hundred more. Family owned by Ross & Erin Arnold and their four children.

You may find that you have been prescribed a number of medications, and that you need to take them at different times of the day. It can be difficult to keep track of what medication you need to take and when. We offer a multi-dose packaging that bundles your medications together by date and time. For example, all your medications that are to be taken in the morning will be packaged together in one pack.

Carmel Drugstore is a rare treasure. Since switching from CVS to Carmel Drugstore 5 years ago, there has not been one mistake on prescriptions or deliveries. Caring and friendly staff are truly superior professionals and never confused by long and/or complicated orders. This small store is packed with many high quality items that can't be found at big, chain drugstores, such as Mason Pearson brushes. New Yorkers will find Carmel Drugstore much like the old Cambridge Chemists (before the move to Lexington Ave.) in the relaxed neighborhood vibe, knowledgable and helpful staff and attention to detail

They refused a disabled women from filling a prescription because it would be "too much trouble". The pharmacist actually told me he wouldn't do it for my lowly one prescription for delivery, which they've done before.
A complete lack of caring and a loss of a customer since 2015.
