CAPRx (Central Avenue Pharmacy), located in Pacific Grove, California provides a wide selection of natural vitamins and supplements. We also specialize in a wide variety of custom compounding pharmacy services, including custom created medications for patients of all ages. CAPRx has specialized in providing physicians and patients with custom compounded medications for over 30 years.
An estimated 50 percent or more of medications for chronic conditions, such as high cholesterol and diabetes, are not taken as prescribed. Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. As a compounding pharmacy, we are able to produce unique dosage forms of medications based on your preferences and/or restrictions. For Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), we work with you and your prescribers to prepare hormones in a variety of strengths and dosage forms. Exceptional pharmacy. In house compounding is rare these days and yes they do that here! We use them for both traditional and compounded prescriptions - both types are filled quickly.
The staff is helpful and they have on several ocassions taken steps to provide services and healthcare for our family that other pharmacies could not or would not.
Highly recommend.
