I stayed at Pacific Inn for a few months. The units were exactly as described, a bit more rustic compared to other housing options in Bellevue but the pricing, great location, and staff that were always helpful set it apart. Wifi and utilities are also included in the price and that only added more to the value of renting here.
The location is a short walk from the Bellevue transit center, Bellevue Square mall, and centrally located in downtown Bellevue.
Maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner, the weekly house keeping service was a nice to have.

I have lived here since 2006 and the manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and very professional. They are always very competent and give attention to any detail. There has never been a day when Frank, Diane, Sharon and Justin has not said good morning, have a great day, be safe out there and welcome home.

This is the best place ever rented , I’ve been traveling everywhere and never ever had a clean , safe place like pacific inn . Amazing apartments , very clean , professional team .

We highly recommend this place. We lived here for 8 months after relocating from out of state and our experience was great! The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. This place is also extremely clean!! Weekly housekeeping is also included and I will definitely miss it! We moved to live closer to work.
Contrary to the previous review that accused the staff of racism, our experience has been completely opposite. I'm Hispanic and my husband is Arabic and we were always treated extremely well by Sharon and Frank, as well as by all other staff.

I lived at the Pacific Inn apartments for quite a long time and never, EVER had any issues with any of the staff as written n the review by Lucy L. It's totally bogus. My partner is a person of color and we never experienced anything like that. The staff create a pleasant environment for everyone. If and when we're able to travel and get back to Bellevue for work, we will live here again. And no, I was not paid to write this!

I moved in here in December and it’s just wonderful. This previous review is totally bogus and not true at all. This place safe, secure, CLEAN!! There is no other place in this area that offers a fully furnished Loft apartment with all utilities included even my cable/wireless in Downtown Bellevue! The staff is awesome and friendly. I forgot to mention parking is included too. And a maid every week. Wow! I was supposed to move in Feb but decided to stay. I literally walk to Amazon.

Absolutely terrible. Bed bugs run rampant on every floor of the building. Impossible to get management to do anything about it. They are also constantly trying to say that rent was not paid on time and charge late fees even tho I always pay my rent on time with money order and keep the receipts. When you try to tell them that they don’t want to listen at all and just threaten you with eviction if you try to do anything.

Awesome location. Awesome place. Awesome staff. Here for my Amazon internship and love it. The Loft feels like a trendy euro suite. Nicely furnished with wireless and parking all included. For everything included in your monthly lease it beats the other apartments in downtown Bellevue. Frank and his staff are the real deal. Super friendly!

I stayed here for a month in one of the smaller studios when I first moved to Bellevue. The layout was basically that of a small hotel room.
Pros
- Month to month with a minimum stay of just 1 month. Many places require a minimum stay of 2 months since you have to give at least 1 months notice.
- Staff is always on duty and extremely pleasant to work with.
- Less expensive than most nearby apartments while still being just a walk away from the heart of downtown Bellevue.
- Covered parking in a closed garage
- All utilities included in the price as well as basic cable and super fast internet

We went there for a couple of months but ended staying for a year - perfect for a single or couple. Awesome location.. the front staff Sharon and manager Frank are really helpful. It offers parking and has all the necessary furniture. The service lady is super good too. Parking is on the House.. so all and all - a wonderful place

+ Reasonably priced, considering the apartments in the area, it is furnished, includes utilities, and a weekly maid service.

I've lived at Pacific Inn for 2 years. I rented 2 different loft rooms which were more than adequate. I recently moved into a 1 bedroom unit at the front of the building. It has lots of windows and light. I love the apt and have no plans to move. Amenities are excellent and staff, headed by TJ are friendly and helpful.

I loved my month here! We needed a place to stay for just one month & this place was perfect for us. I liked it way better than a hotel & it was less than half the price of the cheapest one we could find. While small, it was well laid out & The loft bedroom made it feel more homey than a straight studio. The staff at the front desk was so nice & helpful. It was super easy to walk anywhere in Bellevue I wanted to go. I was a bit sad to leave. If I ever end up back in Bellevue for a month I would definitely stay again. First of all, I have to talk about the staff, especially T.J., he is so super helpful and just the greatest guy ever. We came in four guys looking for something urgent, and he went out of his way to get an apartment ready before time for us.
The apartments are fully furnished, we asked if they had an extra chair, and it got brought to our room within the hour. We asked if we could hang some coat hangers on the wall, and he told us that we couldn't drill holes in the wall, so we'd have to buy a standing one. Smokers are being battled, they have some out of here but some still sneak cigs inside and some smoke comes in through the elevator and doors. This is has improved but will be an ongoing battle.
Lots of deodorizers and cleaning chemicals in hallways, elevator, from the laundry room, etc. If you have chemical sensitivities this is an issue. They are now trying to use less toxic stuff but they use a lot. Hopefully that will continue to improve.
