The office staff is great and will help you if you have a problem and are attentive to your needs. I would have given five stars, but the reason I couldn't is because the parking situation is horrible. If you have quests coming for a visit, it could take them half an hour or more to find a spot. Even when they do it may be clear on the other side of the complex.

Winsley is great , friendly community, awesome amenities, and the maintenance crew is superb and always on top of any occurrences that need attention. Much cleaner environment then some unspoken apartments in the surrounding area. Vaughn & the front office are great & always ready to assist with my needs.

I am new to the complex here, and I love it! Maintenance has been an amazing help around the apartment fixing things that I have no clue what to do with. Specifically Kirby, he was able to fix our door which was really important for us since it wasn’t closing properly. Thankfully he figured it out, and came to fix it the same day we contacted him! So thank you, and I appreciate the support here.

4.5 stars. The best part about The Winsley is the staff. The maintenance team in particular is incredible (including Kirby, whose excellent service today convinced me to write this review). They are fast, responsive, professional, and friendly. They maintain a beautiful campus by regularly attending to the grounds. The office staff is great, too, and made us feel welcome from the beginning. We had an issue with a vendor a few months ago and Vaughn at the office followed up until it was resolved. They also host community events that make it feel like the nostalgic neighborhoods we lived in growing

I've lived here a long time and I love it! The property is is on a wetland, so there is a pond to walk around and all kinds of nature! The apartments are spacious and very nice. The Winsley team all around are awesome! From Brittany, to Vaughn(always nice, helpful and great smile) also the maintenance team, these guys are so nice and do a great job!
Also love the gym and new workout room. The special community events are very fun and we look forward to them. Your treated like family here, so I highly recommend The Winsley!

I want to give a shout-out to Ferdie and Josh, my two favorite maintenance crew. I was having a problem with the dryer, and when the guys came in, they didn’t just hook up the vent; they actually investigated and found out that the motor wasn’t working. My dryer was promptly replaced. Ferdie and Josh are friendly, considerate and they clean up after themselves, performing their duties in a timely and efficient manner.

Our experience living in the Winsley so far is nothing short of amazing. Good amenities, quiet neighborhood and the people from the leasing office are extremely helpful especially Leah who took care of our packages while we were away traveling to another state. It brought us peace of mind knowing they are just an email (or a phone call) away if we need help.

We were extremely happy when we first moved in, apartment is nice. Kitchen is HUGE!!! Living room is little and shaped kind of weird. My word of advice is make sure the unit you are moving into is cleaned, our carpets were not cleaned when we moved in in April. I had a professional carpet cleaner come out and look at our carpet and they said there is no way this place cleaned the carpets before we moved in. Also the unit was not professionally cleaned before we moved in, the people who lived there before cleaned when they moved out but it was definitely not professionally cleaned. We have found

So far it's been pretty good being here. No real issues with the property itself as of yet. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, they come in a timely manner and usually are able to fix the issue without multiple trips. Shawn is really great when he comes. He is always kind about taking care of issues we have in our unit. Also whenever I'm walking my dog he ALWAYS stops to say hi to her! She absolutely loves that! So thank you Shawn, for being one of the best maintenance people around.

Me and my family really enjoy living at The Winsley!! The location is great for both our jobs and daycare for our little one! And it’s always so nice coming home and seeing our second family! The staff really do become that for you with so many familiar faces! Vaughn works in the office, he was and still is a huge part of the reason we love the management. Always smiling, great attitude and awesome person to be around! We look forward to more memories with the new lease we just signed!!

Absolutely would not recommend living here, the management here is so unprofessional and useless. I had ordered stuff for my husband (who is in the navy) some stuff for for a deployment that he left for a few days ago but the package got delivered later than expected because of Father's Day. I am not currently in the state due to me having a baby recently. I contacted the office and the assistant manager Vaughn had answered. Not only was he rude but he was not accommodating at all. We have lived in this GORGEOUS 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for 6 months now. One of the amazing agent that helped us was Vaughn! Such a friendly guy and was so thorough and made us feel so comfortable. He played a huge role into helping us get our place. Don't listen to any of these bad reviews on here, the management has changed in the last year and loads of other changes have been made. I got a slip in my mailbox yestersay stating that the envolope recieved was too large and left with the apartment manager. The person heling me helping me was either new, or didn't care. We have been here a little over 3 years. During that time it has definitely had its ups and downs. I can honestly say that the new parent company has made so many improvements. Rent is high everywhere but the staff have worked with us to make sure we are happy and taken care of. We just switched units and our new home was recently renovated, all new appliances and a new flooring. Parking has been a constant issue that we haven't had a solution to but they have actually started to take action against those who don't live here and are parking in resident parking. The community is great, I love the additions they've made updating exterior lighting specifically around the pond makes the community peaceful and enjoyable to walk around at night. The office staff is great they have 300+ homes here, but their communication is fantastic and I usually get a prompt response to my requests. HORRIBLE!!! I seriously can't even explain how horrible this place is. We pay for parking and we don't even have anywhere to park because they rent out more parking spots then they actually have!! And they will say oh yeah you can park on the side of the street. Well that never has an open parking spot either. WASTE of money. Don't live here. Front office NEVER returns your phone calls and some are extremely rude. So many problems with this apartment complex.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Lived there for two years, and there are absolutely no redeeming qualities about this place. The customer service is awful, the apartment was drab, and maintenance requests were not answered promptly, if at all (I had an outstanding maintenance request for the two years I lived there that was never resolved). Did I mention parking sucks?

DONT LIVE HERE! It seemed great at first but welhen we moved in they said that it was remodeled but the apartment was clearly not remodeled and didn't look like at all like the one they showed me. The best part is parking is terrible and they make you pay $30 a car to park in the close to home spots. I or got to put my hang tag up one day and they towed my car and said it's my fault because I didn't put my hang tag up and she continued to argue with me. First off, that is terrible cus timer service! SO now I have to pay $300 to get my car back for it being wrongfully towed out of

Pinnacle took over this apartment complex and immediately decided not to honor the prior lease I had signed. Our lease had a pre-determined cleaning charge that they decided to ignore. Claiming that a 'funky smell' was 'extra damage' done to the carpet. The carpet and apartment where in the same condition as I received them.
No one could explain to me what the funky smell was. Nor was I ever presented with a written explanation of the 'damages' done to the carpet. There was never a walk out inspection performed with me either.

Transitioning in to Walden Pond Apartments has been a very pleasant experience. I relocated from southern Washington and selected Walden Pond from a group of 14 other local offerings. Many of the reasons they made the cut over some fairly stiff competitors, have already started to pay dividends.
