It’s about to be 2 years that I been living here and little by little im starting to hate it. Everything is an issue here, first of all there’s not that many visitor parking, you cannot have a grill in your balcony even though the grill that’s by the pool area is always busy and out of gas, you cannot feed the cats that are inside the complex for some odd reason and there’s no cameras around the complex for security. One time someone slashed my sister’s tires and mines inside the complex because we parked in a visitor and since there was no cameras they wasn’t able to help us or file

Don't apply here unless you're applying with cash. This place will scam you out of your money if you use a checking account.
So sad to see this place treat military families with such disrespect.
I was told my bank rejected my amount, based on their system. It clearly shows on my side and my bank's side that it processed. Somehow was refunded to me and then they took money out again out of my account. No one knows who I spoke to and no one knows why that happened...all they know is that their system tells them my payment bounced.
Spoke to 3 different people, they all said something

Not The best experince with staff. Ive been a resident for 2 years here.. the building is nice. But the staff Has very poor on customer service.
After 2 years of me living here they raised my rent $300 and other people in this building only got raised the price $100… i thought they were profesionals but they are not they a just a comunism They raised the rent of their friends less and the the ones that are not their friends they Try to make a living of of them.
They only Hide Behind the (it is in the contract) well if its in the contract why don you raise the price fairly and equal to all the

I’ve been living here for over a year and the property looks amazing to say the least! They’ve even repaved the roads and changed the gym flooring. Always finding ways to make it better. The staff is great and always are very helpful and quick to help me with what I need. My apt is super spacious and if I ever need anything fixed maintenance comes really quick. I recommend this place to all my friends I love it.

I have been living at The Park at Kendall for 2 years and it’s been wonderful. The leasing office are very friendly and ready to help you with anything. Yadrian and his team are exceptional. They fix any problem that you have and they are ready to help.The property is really clean. Their coffees are delicious and gym always clean. The pool is fantastic.
The apartments are very nice, beautiful kitchen and the rooms are very spacious.

The Park at Kendall leasing office exemplified excellent customer service from tour to application to lease and orientation. Andres has been amazing and very responsive to all my questions and inquiry as I had to complete everything while in Ohio. My first week here in the community has been good. Gabby from the office is also amazing! The place is very well maintained, clean, and true to what has been published in the past reviews. The location is close to my new work and to all places I need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place. Thank you!

RENTER BEWARE!!! This was the worst place I have every moved into. My family was only able to last 28 days before we ran from this place. When I moved into these apartments, I just knew it was going to be the best year ever. To my surprise it was the total opposite. My little boys and I started getting sick shortly after moving in to the apartments. And I couldn’t figure out why my baby was having breathing issues suddenly.
I thought maybe it was allergies, as small pets are allowed, I figured maybe the previous tenant had a pet. Anyways, after 2 weeks of feeling sick, I started questioning

My girlfriend and myself moved in a month ago and are extremely happy with property and professionalism that Andres Padilla has shown us since our first meeting to view the community. The maintenance team is extremely efficient and have a very quick response time. The only suggestion I would give to Management is to add a few more visitor parking spot as many residents use them instead of looking for additional resident spaces. Besides that, all the amenities and staff are great! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quite and friendly living experience!

My wife and I just moved to The Park at Kendall. We liked the place a lot since we first looked for it online and we ended up falling in love when we visited it and were received by Andres and Gaby. They are two excellent professionals and made us feel at home from the very first moment. They explained to us in detail the wonders of this place and happily answered all of our questions. They also help us a lot throughout the whole application process to move. We are extremely grateful for such attention and kindness. The place itself is beautiful. Where do I even start with The Park at Kendall..
So I moved here with my pregnant wife awaiting our first child and in the beginning it wasn't terrible. The community looks nice from a first glance and the apartments are spacious so we thought we would be happy here. Little did we know trash gets left out in the street, in front of door steps, when bags rip nobody picks up the trash from the floor, garbage in parking lot daily..
Speaking of parking lot, good luck finding parking resident OR guest. We were never able to have any guests over at night because all 5 guest parking in the entire

It's only been a few weeks and I love it here already... Extremely nice staff especially Margaritta ! Friendly neighbors and amazing community, it is very well maintained , clean , and modern .. The only thing I would throw in is a few extra Visitors Spots.. Sad to see how many negative comments are posted about such a great place.. just because some do not comply to the rules does not mean that they have to ruin the experience for other.

From day 1 everything was horrible the customer service the application process took forever and the mistake always seems to be the staff. It took me almost 2 months to get my deposit back after it being promised to me after 15 days. My lights didn't work in the beginning the washing machine wouldn't work the cabinets were all scratched the dish washer wouldn't open fully because of proximity of the stove the handle blocked it. My car got towed, I had mold in my garage had many things ruined.
