Have spoken to Sophia (the woman who gets on the phone when you call) over the phone a few times now for scheduling an appointment and general questions regarding frames they have. She came off as rude in all the calls. There are plenty other optical shops in the area where you will be treated well as a customer/patient and not like someone that is getting a favor from Dalmo Optical. Will go else where.
