The check in process was very organized and streamlined with covid precautions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and took time to make sure I felt welcome. Dr. Pinter was also very caring and took the time to discuss my eye care thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The optical department was also very helpful and followed appropriate Covid safety protocols. They had an awesome selection of glasses too. Can't wait until my next appointment!

Amazing Office. My favorite to visit. And I have been a patient for approximately 20 years. Everyone is always so Friendly and Dr. Pinter is always so willing and kind to help me with any issue I may have! Steven has been great in helping me get my glasses adjusted and Becky has always been the Most Friendly and Kind face I see and look for her when I go to every appointment! She always makes me smile. My entire family Loves coming here. HIGHLY recommended 🤓

I highly recommend this office for your vision care. The entire staff in this office, from the doctors to the support staff, are top notch. The selection of eyeware is extensive and reasonably priced. A special shout out to Drs McKee and Pinter, for their expertise, kindness and patience with their patients.

What an incredible facility! The office was clean and comfortable and I felt the staff took extra care in all of their sanitary and health safety protocols. They had an expansive frame selection and the staff helped me pick out just the right set of glasses! The whole experience was efficient, safe, and pleasant.

Last month had good eye exam, techs and Dr Penny. My eyeglass frame selection was another issue. When glasses were ready, they had not been made correctly, so had to have lenses "re-done". Second attempt to pick up glasses, could not see very well in the reading portion of the progressive lenses. STEPHEN to the rescue ! Stephen in the optical dept was extremely helpful in remedying the situation, selecting different frames that were more suitable and putting my new lenses into a frame different from the original selection. I schedule an eye appointment here because they had good Google reviews. When scheduling I asked if they carried women’s frames which were wider because I have a round face. The woman assured me that they had several frames that were wider to choose from. (They had 2 and one had glitter dots on the side). The woman who did my pre exam testing was rude. She never told me what she was doing; however, she sure did tell me that my insurance didn’t cover a test and wanted to know if I wanted to pay an extra 30 dollars for it. When I said “no” she told me to move to a different seat and processed

I absolutely LOVE this place. I travel from Robinson to get here because I enjoy them so much. Dr. Pinter is hands down, the best! He is kind, thorough, understanding, and works with you to ensure you are satisfied. The office staff is incredible, too. I was running late for an appointment last week and they worked with me to ensure I didn't have to reschedule. The contacts service is also wonderful! They know how to keep their guests happy and satisfied-I highly suggest this practice!

This was the first time I visited the Advanced Vision Care facility and was totally taken by surprise, this was not the typical mall experience. The moment I entered the office the staff was quick to acknowledge my presence everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. McKee is the best optometrist I encountered she was so patient with me and explained the results of all tests taken in a manner I could understand.
I will recommend Advanced Vision Care to everyone I know.
