Insects (spiders, pincher bugs, odd brown little beetles, everywhere!) I’d find them in our shower each night! Even pincher bugs & spiders on our shower curtain! We don’t even open our windows! Yet these insects are coming in through spaces in these apts we weren’t aware of until I looked under my sink & found this poorly fixed wall! Clearly a way for insects to crawl in through! (As seen in 1st picture) 2nd picture is bucket of water from leaking water dripping from our family room fan! Called maintenance-NO ANSWER! We called when the water heater burst in laundry room and water was getting

My wife and I lived in Toscana for two years and we paid our lease off. Upon moving out we spoke with Penny and she charged us along with ConAm for our rug which they claimed had been installed ten days before we moved in. This apartment complex is shady and they will find a way to try and make additional money off you even if you pay off your lease. Toscana, please do not reply to this message with a generic I’m sorry blah blah blah. ConAm is a shady company along side Toscana for charging us $1400 on a carpet that wasn’t new and we made sure to clean twice a month and they have to replace

The whole process of moving in was amazing. Penny and the rest of the team are very helpful and on it when you need assistance. Penny has helped me and my family since day one when I walked in to inquire about moving here, she is very quick with responding to any questions or concerns! Complex is very nice and I would definitely recommend anyone to move here!!

I have lived in a smaller community but this complex is the best by far that I've lived in. Penny Baxter gave me the best responses I've ever had and the entire staff is fabulous. Quick responses and willingness to resolve any issue is key to a stress free environment. Maintenance is also very efficient and quick to fix any issue with my apartment. The inside of the apartment is very nice.. spacious, great patio with washer and dryer outside. The noise level is low, most neighbors are respectful and parking has not been an issue. I am so very happy I moved here and hope to have many more years

This complex is for sure somewhere to avoid. The communication between management team members and front desk people is non existent. There is no tenant accountability when it comes to the pet policy or parking. They allow tenants to remain there that have threatened people and have caused public disturbances. I called multiple times about broken glass, once in the park where children play and I had to clean it up myself. No one picks up their dog feces and it is literally everywhere around the complex. They keep Sections of the lease purposefully vague like guest parking and how you are charged

I never write reviews but My son and I have lived here a while he is 10 and literally grew up here! He loves it! The Management and staff.. Denise, Sofia everyone in the office have always been kind, helpful,supportive especially during this pandemic they continue to make sure all their residents are okay! And also the pools just reopened and they were so sweet to give all the kiddos ice creams!!! When an issue does come up as in EVERY apt complex the staff take care of it quickly. For us this apt and complex feels very comfy homey and safe. You will not be sorry if your looking for a beautiful

As a 36 year resident of Chula Vista, and a single mom of 2. I would have to say that Toscana is one of the best places I chose to live. Not only do my kids and I love the layout of our apartment and the amenities that they offer I am especially blown away by the level of service I received on my move in and continue to receive during this pandemic. The ladies in the office(Karen and Sophia) have been unbelievably amazing and compassionate during this difficult time. If those things are important to you, as they are to me choose Toscana.

So we have lived here for years, lived here before and came back . We use to love this place . In all the years we have been here we have never been late with rent. Management wasn't the same but the people in the office were friendly, Then at some point a few of the friendly office workers moved up and forgot about communication skills. They use every excuse to not answer the office phone, seems as if they take a 2 hour lunch break, now that this covid situation has come along it's even WORSE!! They use this excuse to cancel everything but charge full price! Canceled work orders, fumigation

At first my husband and I loved these apartments.. that quickly took a sharp turn. Our upstairs neighbors are completely disrespectful, stomp around and I swear they even throw themselves on the floor on purpose at ALL times of the day. We even had to call the police one time because the husband was beating his wife in the middle of the night. They later retaliated and called the cops on us for "abusing our dog". The officers took one look at our dog and realized they wasted their time.
I cannot count the amount of times there's has been multiple cop cars outside. At least once

One word-Impressive. Visited this beautiful community located in the heart of posh Chula Vista. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR AN APARTMENT! The company (Con Am) who manages this property hit us with a bill after we moved out for a variety of different charges that after almost a year they have yet to substantiate. Although they have not hesitated to continually harass me for the 1200$+ bill. Every time they emailed me trying to collect the money I would call them and they would tell me my account is under review. I don't mind to pay the rent they charge, even when they made us to pay $75 to use the function room.
I'm fine to pay additional $50 for a car port that I use for my motorcycle.
Never late to pay my rent.
AND this is what I got back from them :
My motorcycle got stolen from the car port that I pay $50 per month, called CVPD and turned out they don't have any security camera in the parking lot, doesn't it facilitate criminals? It's a nice hunting ground for them.
I made my peace and bought another motorcycle, add more security (2 alarms for both tires), cover the bike and

We moved to this apartments on 12/05/2019. Prior to moving into these apartments, we were told by the management team that guest parking was unlimited, as long as guests parked on the parking spaces with no numbers and no roof. Once we moved in, and we downloaded the parking app, we suddenly only had 10 guest parking permits available for the month. We were disappointed that we were lied to, but did not think much of it and decided to just move forward. A few nights into us living here we decided to invite family and friends over, only to find out that after the second guest permit issued the app

I wish I could give Toscana a lower rating than a 1. We've been dealing with cockroaches for over a month now. They came and sprayed when we first started seeing them. Then the problem got worse. We notified the leasing office and they had them spray out apartment again, but this time they moved all our appliances out. They did not properly remove our dishwasher and it ended up flooding our kitchen. We had no idea this was happening until we were woken up in the middle of the night on a Friday night by an on call service man who let us know that water was pouring into the apartments below

I really enjoy living here. I've been a resident since 2010 and the old and new staff have always been beyond helpful with any issue I have. Lupita and Lesly are such sweet girls they always have a smile on their faces. Sebastian is great as well, the other day I really needed help with my heater and Sebastian offered to stop by to show me how to use the thermostat since they had replaced it. Maintenance is great they always come to my rescue when something is messed up in my place.
They have done upgrades to the community and amenities throughout the years. I love their gym, it's well equipped

Wouldn't consider these luxury apartments but they are still nice. Parking is a problem and they really should consider lowering the cost of a covered parking spot. They currently charge $50 for one which is pretty high and most aren't being used. Apartments themselves are nice but walls are thin and you can hear everything. Having a loud neighbor will make your stay here difficult. People in the leasing office were always friendly and the overall leasing process was easy.

We have been living since August and there have been little things that they could approve on like the parking (I see multiple cars without tags), calling back after I leave message like I request, but today has been a horrible experience. Around 330 we heard what sounded like a loud pop in the master bedroom and we see water pouring down from the top of our window. I call the office immediately and they said the will send someone right over. I called several times and the call kept getting "disconnected" & I was finally able to leave a message at 430 and did not receive a call back
