I have had the chance to work closely with Leo and he is THE BEST. Here is why: he is honest, professional, passionate and gets the job done. Leo installed an external hard drive for me, upon my request, in my home and by the end of the day, when the job was done, I did feel it was overkill (not his fault because i wanted it for long term use) and he observed my frustration around it and quickly suggested some constructive avenues to explore to address the "overkill" and to make me feel better, he re-worked his costs to make the experience more pleasant. He came back the following week
