I have lived at Jefferson Marketplace for two years and have had a great experience. I have lived in several complexes in the DC area but have never worked with such nice and accommodating leasing consultants. Deontay is great and always a joy to be around, and Beatrice is simply wonderful. They are far and away the most professional leasing consultants I've encountered. At the beginning of the pandemic Beatrice helped us move into a bigger unit. And she has accommodated any and every request we have had, no questions asked. I am moving out this summer, but only because of my wife's job relocation

The complications I went through with their front desk has been crazy. Lack of communication, lack of organization, has been the craziest I have ever dealt with. I decided to opt out at the last minute last year January 2020 and I am still dealing with their shenanigans. I could go on and on, just advise to be careful when deciding to live here, management is difficult.

I’ve been living at The Jefferson market place For 5 months now and it has been a wonderful place to live. They have monthly activities for the tenants, it’s very nice clean and quiet. Concierge are wonderful and there to help whenever you need them. Deontae the Leasing professional is really great with business and being there when you need him. This is a great place to live

If I could give six stars for this apartment building I would. I moved from Chicago during COVID and was very worried about renting an apartment that I had never seen in person, but this place is a gem!! The apartment is beautiful, the building and amenities are well kept, and the staff here is absolutely fantastic. I worked with Deontay and Eric on my lease and both were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. The move-in itself was a breeze and almost three months into my lease, I have nothing but positive things to say.

I’ve lived at Jefferson Marketplace for 11 months and honestly couldn’t think of one negative thing to say. The building is so nice and very well-maintained. The staff members make this place feel like home - from the leasing agents, front desk staff, to maintenance, we could not be happier. Thank you Deontay and the entire team!!!!

Rude residents dogs always barking at you some females act like they cant control their dogs tired of having to get out the way before they attack plus s8keth8ng always wrong 8n my apt n the building use to be really nice in the beginning not now they / management just let anyone in too much negative stuff goin 9n n they are allowed to get away with this crap smh cant wait to move

Mr. Covington was amazing to encounter at Jefferson Marketplace. He was knowledgeable and his customer service skills are excellent. The new front desk lady was hesitant when I told her I did not have an appointment for a tour but Mr. Covington overhearing helped me immediately! His personality is bright and favorable for a leasing specialist.

After being on the waiting list for 2 years for an ADU I was finally selected. Tiffany, the Property Manager insured I was on the list and they did a great job of managing it over the last 2 years. Working with Orran was fantastic. Smoothest moving process ever. Everything was prepared on move in day and Orran was more than patient with my questions, emails, and calls. Working in property management I had high expectations and Orran exceeded it. Thanks for everything Orran, I love my new home.

Please note that one of the 5 star reviews is from the building manager, which is incredibly deceptive. It's also humorous given how nonresponsive she is doing her actual job, and never seemed to care about resident dissatisfaction in the 13 months I had the misfortune of living there.
