This high-rise luxury building is my dream-come-true in D.C. As a first time resident of The District, I could not have ended up in a better community. I met so many cool and caring residents that had become my friends and buddies. I love my spacious apartment and everything the building has to offer. Beautifully appointed lobby is very welcoming. The rooftop is amazing. The pool is so refreshing. The gym has everything I want. But the PEOPLE who live here is what makes this place one of a kind!

Scheduled a walk through for one unit, Lyndsie showed me two and I ended up signing for one of the two. The whole process was as easy as it gets. The leasing office was nice and efficient, the ladies at the front desk were super supportive and helpful throughout my move, and the apartment is fantastic. Can’t hear my neighbors, ceiling is thick enough to not hear upstairs, and the amenities are top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful apartment complex with great amenities, apartments, appliances, and view of the city. You pay a lot for a luxury building but unfortunately, you can’t enjoy any of it.
Want a dinner or chill night on the beautiful rooftop with some friends? Can’t do it. The grills never turn on. Also, the concierge, leasing office, and security come up and kick everyone off the room for no apparent reason.
This happens every night and before the roof technically even closes at 2am. They are not only rude to residents but even more to guests. They also treat your guests disrespectfully, especially

Lived here about 4 years now. It’s hands down the best management I’ve experienced as a renter. They have frequent community events, excellent communication, and an awesome maintenance staff. The apartment we live in actually had a water related issue and they handled it so great—we joked that our old apartment would have given us a few paper towels and called it a day. Also want to shout out the concierges: Nikki, Nina, Ms. Mary and so many others who are simply the best!

City Market at O has been a wonderful living experience. The staff is great (s/o to Asia, Todd, and Ms. Mary). They are very friendly and genuinely care about you. There are amazing amenity spaces and a great rooftop to watch the sunrise/sunset. Definitely recommend choosing to make this your home :)

I enjoyed living here for the past two plus years because I have made many friends since the building is so dog friendly. Unfortunately that is where my satisfaction with this building ends. The security is very poor, management is unresponsive and irresponsible. There is not enough communication with residents about what is going on with construction, repairs, etc. Additionally packages have been lost and stolen many times and the rent prices are outrageous for the services provided. I do NOT recommend living here.
