We offer comfortable serviced apartments for those on TDY Government assignment, vacation travel and business travelers.
Our Loft-Style apartments feature an upstairs/overhead loft area that is partially open to, and overlooks, the main living space. Usually this mezzanine is a bedroom, although in certain circumstance it could be a home office space, a sitting room, etc. Perfect for those who enjoy the open feel that it provides.

Love the building... the loft units are absolutely incredible! The location is absolutely impeccable... right in the HEART of the City... steps from the National Mall and the Capital One Arena. What truly made this a special place to live was the Staff... from an understanding and caring GM in Kevin, to an incredible front desk staff! Truly is a familial environment!

We have lived in The Lansburgh on three separate occasions, each time we found everyone to be very accommodating and so easy to work with. The furnished apartments are well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, centrally located to everything including the National Mall, Capital One arena and metro. Not to mention great restaurants all around! Highly recommend!

Terrible management. I viewed an apartment here that was advertised for a set price and the manager sent me a lease and bank authorization to complete for my deposit. A few days later (after sending me a binding contract), he advised me that the price had gone up by $2,500, and I couldn't lease the apartment at all unless I agreed to pay him. All this two weeks before my lease was set to begin! Definitely think twice about renting here or working with Ricky, the property manager. By the way, the apartment is still being advertised for the lower price on their website.

I moved into the Lansburgh over 2 and 1/2 years ago when I moved from NYC to DC. At the time, coming from NYC, my only "must haves" were a washer/dryer in unit, central air, and walking distance to various metros. This building checked all three boxes, but overtime, it checked off so many more.
The management is great, and have always been extremely flexible with all of my needs. Most importantly, you cannot beat this location. You are walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, museums, and monuments, and if you don't feel like walking, you are walking distance to every metro

I lived here a few months for corporate housing and really enjoyed living here so stayed for a few more years after my corporate housing ended. I lived on the 8th street side.
Pros: Amenities (indoor swimming pool, gyms (there are two work out areas), computers in the computer lounge, courtyard, etc.), friendly leasing office, building sponsored events (parties, breakfast, happy hours, etc.), high ceilings, modern appliances, separate bath tub from shower, quickly responding maintenance services and location.
Cons: The lounge area in the computer lounge is outdated, furniture looks like it is

I would highly recommend the The Lansburgh for your corporate rental needs. We find excellent candidates that aren't always located in the DMV. Relocation can be a deal breaker for many but knowing that we partner with an excellent team at The Lansburgh, it can make their transition much smoother.
The apartments are located in Penn Quarter which allows easy access to many government buildings, Capitol Hill and public transportation. Every unit is beautifully furnished with modern furniture, equipped with a washer and dryer, full size kitchen and living area. There is a minimum 30 day stay

Being TDYed to DC for 90 days, my agency housed me at the Landsburgh, in a one bedroom. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. The big gym and large lap pool were much nicer than expected. Every one of the front-dest employes are friendly and helpful. A good dry cleaners is located just kitty corner from the building. Two blocks from Galleria Metro transfer station and one block from Archives Metro.
I have maid service once a week. Very nice furnishings, and 2 regular closets and a walk-in closet. Big screen Tv In living room and another in bedroom

After seeing their advertisement in the Foreign Service Journal, I contacted The Lansburgh and had a very thorough discussion with their Sales Rep and his Manager (a female) about four months before departing our overseas post. On the phone, we went into great detail on how we would be on government per diem for 9 months, and wanted to know if the rental would be fully covered with the sliding scale for this extended period of time.
