I moved into Highbridge more than two years ago, and this place has always felt like HOME. I lived the most fantastic experience, never feeling short of love, kindness, and FUN. This place will have a special place in my heart. I love the exciting life in Georgetown, and living here made all the difference. The people I met have become friends. The staff, Deborah, Oliver, Adrian, and many who were there before are AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL. Love Them. I will miss EVERYTHING about this place. Thank you for a great experience!!

Current resident for a year now and it's been great. The office is always super helpful and attentive to when issues come up. The building staff - office, maintenance, housekeeping, concierge - are all great.

I’ve been living at Highbridge for over a year, and it has been a great experience. It’s a nice quiet location, but is still close to lots of great spots! It’s a quick walk over to Georgetown’s campus, or up to DuPont. The resident service portal makes it easy to keep up on building info, make use of amenities and communicate with the building staff.

I have lived at Highbridge for over a year now, moving from another Georgetown property where I had so many issues. The apartments are gorgeous, everything still feels brand new, and I've had NO problems - which I'm amazed by. Most of all, the property management and staff are so amazing - super friendly, quick to respond, and get to know you. I've recommended this apartment to everyone I know moving to DC. If I didn't have to leave, I wouldn't!!!

I have been living here for almost a year. Moving from outside the US I was looking for a place i could call home. I am happy to say that I found that in Highbridge. My experience has been great, the locations close to dupont, and the building amenities ( gym, work center, lounge) are amazing . The management staff have been very helpful with any of my request. One plus is all the events they constantly organize for the tenants where I have been able to meet amazing people.

I just transferred to a unit on the third floor and it is my dream home. The room is full of light, it is peaceful, the appliances (both in the apartment and in the common areas are absolutely incredible and so modern), and best of all the maintenance here is top notch. In particular, Adrian is THE BEST!!! He was a life saver when i was moving and he is the nicest person. Other buildings wish he was working for them too and we are SO LUCKY to have him!!! :) Overall, I am very happy with my new apartment. I can not say enough great things about The Highbridge, and am beyond happy to be home!! From touring, to signing, to moving in the process was easy and everyone has been so helpful. I and my guarantor applied for this place on March 23rd and didn't hear back until we reached back to management two days later. I had the manager on the phone who said she will reach out as soon as she could but then I had to call back the next day. The manager gave me their personal cell if I had any questions, but then it was the original agent who answered us. She asked for my guarantor's SSN when I had to explain yet again that he did not have any. We then were my moving date will have to be pushed and my guarantor will have to give his last 6 months of bank statements. Unfortunately

I am so happy I chose to lease an apartment at Highbridge. It’s been a great experience on many levels. I just relocated from Boston and the staff of Highbridge and Steelhead Management have been helpful and welcoming at every step of the way. The location is fantastic – I can get to Dupont Circle or the shops on M Street on foot in minutes but still feel like I’m a bit off the beaten path. Great Building, great location. All of the staff is extreamly helpful and nice. The units are beautiful and supper clean and well equipped. Frankly the whole building is great. Also the location is perfect. It is right next to a bike trail that leads to the National Mall and also right into Georgetown, but also just far enough removed that the nights are peaceful. Before moving in I toured 16 other apartment buildings and it was not close, this was the best one. And, after living here about a month I believe that even more.

Highbridge is a beautiful new apartment complex nestled in a quiet area tucked between Georgetown and Dupont Circle. You're only a few walking blocks to the top of Georgetown and its shops and eateries, and Dupont and its metro are approximately a 15 minute walk, if not less. The building and staff seemed nice, but things started not adding up after our application was approved but before we signed the lease. The leasing office quoted us several extra fees that didn't appear in the written documents, and the DC rental disclosure form that they sent us concerning rent increases and government investigations was garbled by their online system.
