Today was our 4th office visit for my daughter. Since the first visit, we have found every staff member to be friendly and professional. Today was an extra special visit! My daughter, who is 6, needed a crown and would need some laughing gas to help her through the procedure. Last night, I also noticed one of her earrings would not come out of her ear and she would not let me touch it. She would let me look at it and I could see the rubber earring back was missing. This morning I tried again to see if she would let me remove the earring, but no luck. I was worried about how we would ever get this

Great dentist, impossible office staff
My son always loved the actual dentist we saw at this office, Dr. Clark, but we had to leave for a number of reasons:
1. The rest of the staff were hit or miss and mostly miss. And we always seemed to be dealing with the impossible ones. When we got insurance for the first time, we had constant issues with how they filed the claims with our insurance. It was a constant battle to get claims paid because of how they were filed, and the person who handled insurance at this office refused to listen to me when I told her how the claims had to be filed. It resulted

They wouldn't let me go back with my 5 year old and he refused to go without me.. They made me hold him down in the waiting room while they looked at his teeth. Very traumatic for him to go through that to the point he was crying and screaming! He has loved every other dentist cause they actually cared about their patients. Will never return here!

I love this place! My toddler is oral sensitive, and they are extremely patient and caring while making her and myself feel as comfortable as possible. As well as educating me on how to care for my daughters teeth with sensory issues. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely insane COVID restrictions. If you have more that one child with an appointment both parents will need to come so that one can take the first child in while the other waits in the parking lot with the second child. It’s unscientific, illogical insanity. As restrictions have eased up across the state, this office has only become stricter.

This dentistry never has openings. U have to schedule a month in advance. The lady who answers the phones is always rude and short. I canceled a week and a half early. I felt like that was being kind so they could schedule someone in that spot. Her response was that it has been a month since they been to the dentist I needed to get it taken care of. I have 4 kids. They make me schedule them at different times. I’m switching dentists. Enough is enough.

If you are going to make an appointment with this clinic, make sure to call and verify your insurance benefits on your own. Do not take their word/assurances that you "should be covered."
I made an appointment for my kids to be seen at Clark, Dean, & Associates. The employee I spoke with over the phone when making the appointment inquired about what kind of insurance we had, to which I replied that we were covered by my husband's federal employee insurance. She told me that they accepted government plans, made the appointment, and that was that.
When we went for the appointment, the staff were
