My boyfriend and I recently moved out of this complex and we miss it so so so sooo much. It’s hands down the best apartment complex in Fayetteville. The apartments are beautiful (as is the whole complex itself!!!) and SO spacious - our 1 bed 1 bath had so much room and storage. We always felt very safe here. It’s quiet and the amenities are awesome. I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I recently moved to the Fayetteville area for work, and The Preserve at Grand Oaks is one of the first properties I toured and submitted an application for. Krista, their leasing agent, was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was attentive, immediately responded to calls/emails, and provided a very thorough tour of the apartments and facilities. If you are interested in renting at The Preserve--which is a beautiful property--I would unequivocally recommend working with Krista.

For starters I haven't lived here but I didn't encounter many red flags before even getting an application. But me and my husband have been apartment hunting and I found these apartments they look absolutely beautiful. My problem was poor communication and lack of help. One day I called the office 6 times during business hours and no one answered. The next morning I called twice still no answer. I went to the office that day no one was there. Finally a hour later I got a hold of someone and she didn't want to tell me prices of apartments or anything. She also didn't tell me

My husband and I have been here three weeks and although it’s been a rough experience thus far, the maintenance team is why I am giving a five star review. We have had to put in a couple maintenance requests and each one has been completed in a timely manner. Patrick, who has solely been the member of maintenance to address our concerns, has been very professional, efficient and has shown a genuine desire to address any of our issues.

The housing is beautiful don’t get me wrong, I never had an issue here UNTIL, I need maintenance. When you’re lucky enough to get someone on the phone in the office, you can tell them about the issues, but there’s a 2/3 chance it will not get done right away. We have gone almost 4 weeks now without a dryer issue being fixed. The company they use for the dryer came after the 2nd week and now that we realized it’s not the dryer it’s the tube behind it full of lint and is a HUGE fire hazard, they have not been up to fix it. I have called multiple times and no answer. I have 4 weeks of laundry

If I could put a zero I would. I'm here on a short term lease for work. 3 months. I've been here for one month and I'm already finding a new place to stay. They say it's fully furnished and it does have the BARE necessities that you need. HOWEVER. when I got here, the pots and pans were burned beyond belief and the pans had crusty residue on them. I requested new pots and pans and they only gave me three new cookie sheets. You can tell they didn't clean in between residents because there was still USED ear plugs under the bed. Next, my AC/Heat went out. Had to have maintenance

I've been living here for about four months and I love it. The community is very quiet, the exteriors are always well preserved. Only once I had need a repair, after the door lock broke and they got it fixed right away. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff as well. I really moved here because it is close to everything and because it is really beautiful, but I have discovered a warm and welcoming place to live. I recommend it 100%

My husband and I recently moved in and have loved living at The Preserve! The community itself is beautiful and has so much to offer amenity wise our apartment has been perfect for us! The maintenance team is top notch, they always respond to requests in a timely manner and are very professional. The front office staff is always incredibly kind and helpful! We moved here from another local community and have been loving it since move in.

I originally was touring at Addison Ridge (also in Fayetteville) but all the employees live at Addison Ridge so i popped over to check out their apartments.
I was pleased with what I saw and also a little disappointed. This gated community obviously is very popular as places we were checking out were actually reserved by other people as we were on the tour.
They do not allow lease breaks with lease break fees, the leaser is responsible til the end of their lease or until another person rents the apartment which does not seem like an issue here.

I have lived here for 5 years and once again the team here at The Preserve has proven that they stand behind their promise to put their tenants first. I called early this Sunday morning because my heat was not working. The facilities representative showed up within an hour and resolved my problem. I can not say enough about the staff. They truly care.

While the outside looks nice and we have a gym and pool, I have also had to put in quite a few work orders to include spraying for bugs. I live on the first floor and if we get a lot of rain the apartment floods inside. I have heard some roofs are leaking as well. It is not worth the $900+ we are paying and will be moving.

The staff is super friendly and all of our service requests were met in a timely manner. The neighborhood is well maintained and well kept and they have a nice little dog run below the car wash area that is great for play time. The apartment units are clean and have some modern updates and has been a great first find! We enjoy all of our neighbors and the quietness of the neighborhood. Overall we've had a great experience!

After living here for a few months I feel compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience within this community. Within the past four years I've lived in four different complexes and I intentionally use the word "community" when reviewing the Preserve at Grande Oaks. The management is always warm and friendly. The management team here made the move-in process easy and continues to stay engaged with community activities and communication.

The thing that makes this place great is the staff. Tina is a wonderful manager. The maintenance team is on point! Freddy and Johnathan ensure that your problem is solved! They go out of their way to know who you are personally, and show true compassion toward their customers! I know I can leave them alone while I'm at work and any problem I had will be fixed and fixed right! I like the quaint community. I only decided to renew for another 12 month lease because of the maintenance staff, Tina, and Kaylee.

I lived here for about 2 1/2 years, and never had a problem. The one bedroom I lived in was large and priced well, I loved the high ceilings. Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was fixed day of. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment experience while in Fayetteville! Would have stayed longer if I didn't have to PCS.

I lived in this apartment since last June, overall is okay. But the problem is the management team. For some reason, the gas bill never come to our mail box, they sent to the apartment office. If it was other apartment complex, the will give us the bill, so we can take care of the bill ourselves. Here, they just put it on my online account without any single notification. And just 2 days later, if I don't pay it right away, they will put late fee for 56 $. How come I will be able to pay it within 2 days if they don't give us a single notification that they would put it on my online account
