Services
Christy offers outpatient nutrition services for those suffering from eating disorders and disordered eating. She works collaboratively with clients on meal plans, menu planning, grocery shopping, working past food anxieties, challenging food rules, food exposures, and food journaling. Christy will work individually with clients or with a client and their family when support of loved ones is necessary and helpful in treatment.
Prior to joining, Ilyssa has spent the better part of 15 years as a stay at home mom raising her three children ages 15, 11, and 9. Ilyssa is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she received her bachelor's degree in Human Resources. She moved to Charlotte in 2009 from New Jersey, where she grew up.
Sarah Stroup is a Registered Dietitian in South Charlotte focusing on eating disorder treatment and nutrition rehabilitation. She completed her dietetic internship training at Atrium Health and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's Degree in Nutrition, from Appalachian State University.
Michelle Brotherton is a Registered Dietitian in North Carolina focused on a non-diet approach to medical management of various conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and other disease states as well as working to help heal each client's relationship with food.
She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Health Science at Oakland University, and has completed her Master's Degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics through the University of Alabama at Birmingham.Michelle has professional experience working in public health and sports nutrition and has developed a passion for helping those with disordered eating heal their relationship with food.

Not at all. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the ability to reach out. Everyone needs help now and then. You already have strengths that you've used before that, for whatever reason, aren't working right now.
