It was wonderful working with Basheerah to help me meet my health goal(s). She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the subject of nutrition. She helped me understand more about nutrition and devised a plan to reduce my blood a1c number, which was my goal going into the program. After completing the program, I had a greater understanding of nutrition and how to make better food selections and more importantly, how to not over eat. It was great working with her. I'd recommend her program to anyone looking to improve their health and nutrition.

I requested help from Be Nutrition for help with weight loss. Basheerah worked with me to explain my daily nutrition, what I lacked and how to add into my meals. within the month, I feel much better. I'm developing a healthy relationship with my food and properly planning portions/options. I look forward to continuing this journey and checking in to make sure I stay on track

I requested the services of BE Nutrition LLC to address my inability to lose weight after knee and shoulder surgeries, stomach issues and wanting to make sure that I was getting the proper nutrients in what I was eating, daily.
