Went on a sunny Saturday morning, it wasn't too busy so the wait time was short. They were very clean, the staff was friendly, and efficient. It was my first time doing acrylics, and I have nothing to complain about. It was overall an amazing experience, looking forward to coming back here again. Thank you so much!

I been a loyal customer for a while now and I been paying $75 for gel manicure and pedicure every two weeks I'm there I don't get anything different but today I paid $90 I don't understand why when you get the same thing ALL THE TIME it doesn't make any sense to me ITS BAD BUSINESS to a loyal customer!!!!!! And I'm angry about it!!!

I love this place. I have been getting my hair cut here for nearly 20 years. I even moved to the city for a while and still used to drive all the way out to Concord to get my haircut. I could not see myself ever going somewhere else.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great stylist!

I've been coming to this salon since 2005 when I moved to California and always have a good experience at a fair price. I like that they're quiet and fast. If you're the type that comes to a salon to talk about your problems, this might not be the place for you, but if you enjoy peace like me, this place is ideal.

Walked in and asked if they had any time for a woman's hair cut, which they replied yes. There were only two employees at the time, a lady doing nails and a man cutting hair. Two customers were sitting soaking there feet for pedicures and they sat unattended for over an hour. They got upset and ended up leaving. The man cutting hair had lots of appointments and obviously had no time for walk ins. I wasted my time sitting there for over an hour. He should have said he didn't have time instead of making me sit there. It's a shame they didn't have more employees.

Decided to try this place as it is just minutes from my house.... WILL NOT go there again!! I was the only one there for like 5 minutes and then customers started coming in which I thought was a good sign after 3 different people doing my gel polish manicure which was not done the way other salons have done it, they said this was the new way, my design that I had them do only lasted 4 days before it started peeling... will keep trying to find a decent shop to go to...

Horrible service. Ive been here over 2 hours for an overpriced fill and pedicure. The lady filed my pinky until it bled. I kept pulling away and finally I snapped and said "its BLEEDING leave it alone now!" Smh.They keep going off and cutting hair and doing other peoples nails. Leaving me sitting for 20 plus minutes several times now. So disrespectful I had to cancel my trip out of town because they took so long! Im sitting here furious. Never coming here again.

This place saved me from having dull hair, crappy nails and a jacked pedicure, for my birthday party. They took me in as a last minute appt. treated me like a Queen! Hair, nails, and toes done in 3 .5 hours. I would recommend This place to all my friends and family. I have my new spot!! Prices are reasonable, and the workers are friendly. Did not experience any up-sales, only recommendations. It's not a fancy spot, but it is a one stop shop your going to love!!

I was in dyer need of getting my gremlins done, (they were looking a HOT ace mess) and the place that I had been going to at the time was closed. I looked on Yelp and saw that this place stayed opened pretty late. Despite the negative reviews, I took a chance because of my desperation. I called first to see if it was even worth driving over, and they said that they would take me. This shop is located in the cuts of Concord, right between Digger's Diner

A guy reviewing a nail salon? Nope, not the nails but the haircut side of the business! I took my son there and they do an OK job with haircuts. Nothing special. Atmosphere smells like nail polish (expected but still super potent) and there's only 5-6 chairs for waiting and they're almost always full. Its cramped and they're not super social. Prices seem to have just gone from $12 to $14 for a trim so they're losing their pricing advantage as well.
We'll only go back because the Mrs likes the place and I cant seem to get my son to try other places :(

My daughter called and made herself an appt. for 5:30 pm today (7/15/16) . It is her birthday and she was really excited to try some place new to get her nails done.
She showed up at the time she scheduled . They were extremely busy and under staffed. They told her to wait in line .. she said she had an appt. They told her she had to wait because it's first come, first served even with an appt.
This is rude , unacceptable behavior and no way to run a business. Appts are usually in place for a reason. If you're not going to honor an appt, then don't make them..This put a damper

Love it. If you're really super picky about your hair, bring a picture of what you want. They really do a great job. Pedicures can take a long time, but they do a good job. Been going here for 3 years. Affordable, nice, helpful. They have strong accents, but I've never had a problem not understanding them or vice versa. Highly recommend.
