Nail On The Head

I am so pleased to report that I had a wonderful experience at Nail on the Head.

This was my first time at the salon and the first time I've strayed from my normal nail technician who's been servicing my nails for nearly 12 years.

So I was a bit nervous to say the least. But the salon is beautiful. It has great lighting and lots of beautiful green plants and orchids.

The space is open, airy and clean!

Not to mention, my technician did a wonderful job on my Red Haute gel pedicure. Let's just say this was my first visit to a nail salon since I had my tiny bundle of joy, so the

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. Although I used ClassPass to book the mani, I didn't expect it to be this bad. The manicure itself felt rushed and the massage was a little rough. I'm not sure what kind of regular polish was used but it started chipping and peeling off pretty much the same day/night. Not only that, I would barely touch my nail and the polish would start coming up off the nail and whole chunks came off at once! Never have I ever had this happen with any manicure before.

I love this place the people are so nice and my look great. I came early today and they were able to get me and my dude in no wait. The people really put time into what they do. Worth the money and time. Thank you everyone!!

Completely disappointed. I came in for a full set today. I was looking for a very natural look. I requested clear nail tip as well at clear acrylic. Before I got to the salon I had ripped off my acrylic to save time. However I had a little acrylic left on my thumb And ring finger. The women didn't file or take this off until I request her to do so.. She proceeded to do my nails and was completely ignoring the fact that the nail was lifted. When I mentioned it again she grabbed glued and filled in the gap which wasn't much of a solution. She began speaking to the guy whom I think was

I've been really wanting to find a place to get my nails done and Nail on the Head didn't disappoint! They always let you know if they're running behind when you walk in and even though you might have to wait a bit, they take their time with you - which I greatly appreciate. I always get compliments every time I get my nails redone and look forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

My first time visiting this nail salon was so wonderful, that it will be my go to from now on! excellent customer service (accommodated me even though I was running behind on my appointment) and Hannah and Nicki took such care on my manicure/pedicure. definitely spring for a deluxe pedicure, it's so worth it!!

First time going and I think my pictures say it all.
Literally the next day, the nail polish was peeling off. There were also a lot of bubbles. What a waste. So sad.

Just walking in and saying you have no appointment, if they have someone available you will get seen. I look at the parking lot, which tells me there is availability. If you have an appointment and there is no one available you will wait. Sucks.

Went here for the first time and was very impressed. I had a pedicure and gel acrylic full set done. The woman who did both was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. She took her time and was very detail oriented. My nails on my toes and fingers came out great

I just started going here and I love it they are never trying to upswell you they are always nice stick to their schedule and do a great job! Please ask for Helen she's the best!!!

Great service!! One of the gel polish nails didn't set correctly and peeled off and they scheduled me to fix it right away!! Very happy with their work and will come again 😊

Helen did my gel manicure with extensions and did a FANTASTIC JOB! Her attention to detail is incredible...it's truly a $100 manicure for half the price. I will definitely be a regular! I heard other customers saying they had moved away and still made an hour long drive just to keep going to Nail on the Head. I see why!

Contacted the shop about 5 minutes prior to arriving and staff accommodated me and my mother in law. Great customer service! Nice place for a quick pedicure.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I used to go here years ago under different ownership and thought why not try again, after reading reviews and seeing some great photos. My partner and I both went in to get oatmeal sugar salt pedis and manis, and I got a full set of acrylics. They took their time, did not rush and performed every step of the pkg. it was clean, quiet and relaxing. We went on a Wednesday mid day. Considering all that you get the price is totally worth it, not too much but not cheap either. We appreciate a good thorough service without breaking the bank. A few weeks ago I brought my mom here for a pedicure and she loved it. They have a few pedicure packages to select for all feet type. She was great and made sure my mom was comfortable. Next week going back for pedicures. At that time, I treated myself to a new set. It was okay. Yesterday, I went in for the fill and love the result.

Love coming to this salon. My gel mani and gel pedi always lasts a long time without any chips or peeling.
The staff are very friendly and I am always satisfied with the service. I have been coming here over a year, and I am very happy with the salon. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Pedi looked good. Didn't speak to me so that was a plus! But 2 star because the foot massage and scrub were just rubbing. Not a single pressure applied. I've been to a more professional and clean location for the price. Honestly, it's just the location and their local customers on the ratings. I'm a great tipper too. =/

I asked for a gel nail.set. They chopped my nails off and polished them for $30.00. They had people call in so I guess could not do as I asked on my nails. I cannot sleep tonight because of my trauma over having to celebrate my 30th anniversary with a terrible short set of nails. No one here listens or cares if you're happy. I asked for them to redo the nails and they cut them even shorter and repainted them. I want a refund and apology for false advertising. They clearly don't care for what the customer wants. They knocked over the pedicure cart and just picked it up. No sanitation or anything

Gel manicure was great but I didn’t enjoy signature pedicure. The guy who was doing my pedicure seemed sleepy and unenthusiastic. He barely massaged my feet and did a sloppy work painting my toes.

Regular manicure very nice but I sat with hands under the UV light dryer for 30 minutes and my polish was still soft, not dry. New dryer with fan needed for sure.

Great place! I am always super concerned about cleanliness, and was really impressed by how seriously they took cleanliness and sterilization. Almost as good as my dentist's office. Kudos to them. My technician was very skilled and kind as well. Happy with the results.

This nail salon is under new management. I came to this location before and I love the new changes. Now there is Top 40 music playing. I recommend calling ahead when you’re on the way because they’ll get your foot bath set up! You can sit and turn on the massage chair. Wonderful mani/pedi this time, where I had one nail artist for hands and one for feet at the same time since I came early afternoon on a weekday. They offered water and asked a few times if the water temp was okay, which was nice! I could tell perfection is their goal because the manicurist pointed out the slightest bit of polish
