I wasn't in a rush so the 90min pedicure was awesome! Ruby oviously did a thorough job. I get monthly pedis so not like my feet were tore up! Quiet location and newly remodeled.

I went here for the first time to get acrylics and a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was really sweet. However, the lady who did my nails was too rough and I felt like her nails were pinching me the whole time. Three of my fingers ended up bleeding because she filed my nails too hard. She also didn’t even clean the sides of my nails when she was “done” with my set. I only got acrylics with one color and she wanted to charge me $50 which was not fair because the job she did on my nails was not good at all. Maybe if she didn’t make my fingers bleed, cleaned the sides and wasn’t too

Went there for the first time on 4/10 and loved it! I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The place was super clean, bowl liners were used, fresh packages of tools were opened, and everyone was super friendly! I will definitely be gong back. I loved the way my nails turned out

Vi is such a sweet lady. She always is so kind and loving and always putting her customers first. I've been going to her for a while and I can't picture going to anyone else.

Shop & V Nails is that place. Due to my first time coming here, I wanted to arrival early, the shop was open & ready for business.
Ms. Tracy provided me with such a relaxing pedicure, "Lime Margarita" spa service was exquisite, I could barely stay awake, &
Ms. Vivian provided me with a soothing face/ eyebrow wax, plus a stellar manicure. They were both very very professional & provided a luxury environment. This is my lil gem away from home.💅

I visited as a walk-in for the first time and had a stellar experience. I am very picky and had been shopping around for a place I liked since I moved to the area 4 mos ago. Vivian offered me a beverage, made polite conversation, GENTLY removed my old polish, and totally slayed my almond shaped ombré dipping powder mani. I’ve definitely found my new permanent nail salon!

Honestly very disappointed with my service. i came at 2:00 pm for my service and didn't leave until FOUR HOURS LATER.
I got a pedicure (which the lady doing it didn't know what she was doing) and a full set (which was rushed and one of my fingers are crooked). First things first the lady doing my pedicure didn't put the bubbles into my foot bath, didn't take the dead skin off my heels, and didn't even give me a decent massage. wasn't worth the 40$.
another thing is : after they used the tools for my feet (nail clippers, cuticle pusher, cuticle cutters) etc they WASHED

Vivian did a great dip powder on my natural nails. I will definitely be back to see her.

MOST SANITARY nail shop I've ever been to! This is something a lot of clients tend to over see. But the minute Vivian took out her tools from a new sealed medical bag, I was done I was shook and I'm definitely coming back.

Can I just say Vivian does the most amazing job I have ever had in this area. She has the most amazing set of foil designs that can accentuate your manicure and really make your nails stand out. I am receiving compliments left and right, she's a truly gifted artist and a very warm personality. The setting is very relaxing and The salon is very inviting. The salon is located really close to T.J. Maxx. I would highly recommend Vivian for all your nail needs. I am so glad I found her!

This is a great spa. Newly renovated, very clean and great massage chairs. The staff are very friendly and take their time to give you a great pedicure and/or manicure. Highly recommend giving them a try.

The customer service here was terrible, which is why I am giving it a one star. The place was clean, but my complaint is mostly with the nail technician who did my pedicure and gel manicure (at the price of $60). She mocked my own toe nail paint job in Vietnamese (which wasn't great, but where's the professionality?), had long pointy acrylic nails, which made the pedicure and hand massage really awkward, and left some gel nail polish on my skin. She was so agressive in cleaning my feet that my big toe bled. In addition, it seemed that other customers who had reservations arrived and were turned

Came in for impromptu pedicure and a polish change. The place was very quiet and empty was a hot Saturday afternoon. They did a very good job but I do feel that my polish change was a little over price . But overall nice and clean space.

Pretty disappointed in how my nails turned out. This was my first time here and first time doing stiletto shape nails. It took over an hr to do but looks like it was rushed. The employees were friendly, and so was the woman who did my nails.. But they are uneven, the polish was applied uneven so there are spots where it's lighter, the top of my nails are not smooth, they are lumpy, and there is nail polish everywhere. It's almost $50 for full gel acrylic set, I feel like I got ripped off. Don't think I'll go back.

Cute salon but I wasn't really impressed as a whole. It's been a while since I've gotten my monster claws done. Not sure why it took me so long to get back into the groove of things, but my hands and feet look a lot better than they've been looking lately. Unfortunately, I had to part ways with the previous nail salon that I was going to because the quality just went way downhill. Since then, I've been on the lookout for a new nail salon.

I love this nail salon. I have tried many in the Concord/ Pleasant Hill/ WC area and haven't found much success or luck. My nails have never lasted as long as when they're done here. V does an amazing job with acrylic sets and her staff are also talented with other services including regular / gel manis and pedis. The service is impeccable. I would suggest getting an appointment in advance.

Vivian is professional, friendly, not only does her work but always offer suggestions and make recommendations. The place is clean and odorless.

They did an amazing job on my dip nails I have been in two times to get my natural nails dipped and both times I have been extremely happy with my nails. I have made this place my new nail spot.
