I have never lived at a place with better management. They made the process VERY quick of moving in and moving out! Any time we had a maintenance request it was fixed within hours. They took any issue very seriously and truly wanting you to have the best living experience! Most of the places are updated and they are very nice! I did not have a garage and never had issues with parking as well. I would recommend living here! They are great with your animals and and had no breed restrictions! They just ask to meet your dog before hand! You have great amenities to use as well and my favorite were the

We have been pleased by our experience overall. Management and maintenance are very responsive and friendly. The property is well kept and feels safe. The townhome units are spacious and we love all the green space outside. The pool and clubhouse amenities are beautiful, and a great perk to living here. It’s very quiet here, which is a major plus! Trash and recycling are super convenient, and everything gets picked up twice a week. The rent is slightly high and the utilities are shared, so you don’t pay for what you get, you pay for an average of what the residents of your building use. Because

I lived at Hinton Heights for a year and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Definitely the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at! Peri Jo and Bonnie were awesome and every request was taken car or very quickly.
Ignore all of the negative reviews from old management, this is a great place to live! Especially with 80th st right near by with basically everything you need.

Hi, my mother, my 10yr old nice have been renting here for about 5yrs now. We have been very pleased to be here, we have meet some wonderful people, the workers do a great job are very friendly. Hinton Heights Apartments has all the amenities you would want in an apartment complex - pool, fitness center, common room, etc. but the very best thing about living here is the staff. Bonnie & Peri Jo treat the residents like the paying customers we are and provide the highest level of service possible. Bonnie & Peri Jo have always been very friendly and helpful about any question or concern my daughter and I have ever had. They were also very helpful throughout the lease signing process, making sure we had all of our questions answered and felt comfortable with the buildings.

I have been renting here for a year and a half now and my experience has been great. It is a nice community and the maintenance team has always been prompt and friendly. They keep the grounds nice and clean, and Bonnie and Peri Jo always respond when you have a concern or question. They also make sure that you are fully aware of what is going in the community via email and text which is so helpful.
