Very spacious and affordable. Needs better maintenance and upkeep of the property as far as trash/ litter is concerned, but overall decent place to live with a great location.
My unit has a strange odor that comes and goes but I think itâs just sewer gas coming up from how shower drain. No major issues so far since Iâve lived here.

* WARNING*Just got scammed out of $450. The $150 is non refundable for background checks, and apartment search. Then the $300 is to secure your apartment and itâs apparently non refundable if you choose to back out which is wasnât mentioned online. Make sure that you want the apartment because if you donât, they take your deposit for âuse of their timeâ and use it towards damages (even if you arenât living in the apartment. I didnât even have any apartment assigned to me and they refused to give me my money back. Glad I wonât be living here.

I don't know what everyone's deal is. This place is great but then again I am not an uptight yuppy. The college apartments make it easy to be a college student when you live right across the street from your college. Living with roommates who you have never met before is obviously not going to be perfect but, that should be expected. I didn't know my roommates before I moved in but now we are all friends. Mario and Alyssa are great! 5 stars in my opinion.

My husband, daughter (8 months old) and I have lived her for a few months now. We live in a separate building with only 5 other tenants, we couldnât love this place more! Itâs quiet, clean and safe for my family! We have had a few minor issues with our apartment, such as our thermostat didnât work and our dishwasher kept falling down. I emailed Alyssa and THE next day Mario ( maintenance man) came and fixed those 2 problems! Both Alyssa and Mario have been so nice and helpful! Itâs so comforting to go to bed every night knowing we live in a safe secure apartment! I read other reviews stating

I have had the pleasure of living here for about 8 months, I have always had a good experience with Mgmt, Alyssa always responds via phone or email to any and all of my crazy questions or concerns. The location is key for me as it is right by my sons school, and close to my job. The apartment is nice and big for just the two of us. So far so good!

The only reason this place is so incredible is that the property manager is on top of her game! I don't know what all these other people are complaining about? I have seen her help people more times that I can count and even stop some shady activity from trying to start. That is very important so that we know we are safe in our place. Top notch, if you are looking for a great place, you have found it! Don't listen to the negative people!

Random power outages, NO ONE has working fans in the whole 8209 building which is a absolutely disgusting. You can't even open the windows in place of the broken fans because the screens are so awful and insects will fly in. They have been "working on the fans" for YEARS now. Common solutions cited from the landlady include "leaving your door open while showering" and "spraying the mold with bleach". Broken washing machine in the same building for a few months now, can't wait to see that follow the same pattern of never being fixed.

I am posting this review warning others if you are thinking of renting from these guys here is what you need to know before you make that decision. First off our apartment was filthy when we initially moved in. There is so many layers of paint on the walls that it's cracking everywhere. People park in front of their garages, work on their vehicles blocking access to parts of the parking lot.. Cops are called to the property at least twice a month. Dumpsters pile up and it reeks like garbage. Doors are always propped open. They use makeshift screens that don't fit so bugs are able to crawl right
