The apartments here are uncomfortable. This place looks new and it's "newish" feel brings the appeal however this place is cheap and feels rushed. The property management company is terrible. ESPECIALLY AMBER SAX!

We are living in a very stressful world at the moment. The Management Company (Amber, Danielle & before Danielle...Carrie) has been amazing. Professional, prompt in their getting back to me...and most of all...decent human beings. The apartments are meticulously prepared for new tenants...and the Property itself (The Drover) is very well kept. Being a native New Yorker...it has been a very positive endeavor dealing with kind people...people who treat others as they’d like to be treated themselves. Thank you Carrie, Amber and Danielle!!!!!!!!!

I’m super, super interested at living here but they don’t answer any phone calls or emails. 😔 I’ve called at least 10 times in the last two weeks.
UPDATE: They reached back out to me and I’m getting a tour this week 😄

These people are extremely difficult to get in contact with. 2 numbers listed on the site and neither answered! Really bad first impression and also a red flag.

Do these people ever pick up the phone or return calls? Wanting to see the apt... til this day, never heard back from them. Imagine living there with issues and no call back? Bad first impression.
