Office starts to go unresponsive once issues arise. I’ve had issues with neighbors playing basketball above me anywhere from 9pm-5 am so has everyone else in the building ( 2 other residents) and the office hasn’t done much about it. Maintenance isn’t great I’ve only seen one maintenance man since July. If you can’t keep up with maintenance stop renting out apartments. The amenities are not worth the price lake cove and pearl wood have better amenities and charge 300 less. Office staff don’t respond. I’ve lived here since July and have had nothing but issues. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE it’s

As with all properties, there will be things that occur after any length of time. The thing that can make or break the situation is the responsiveness of the staff and their ability to address the situation in a fair and reliable manner. That being said, the staff here are fantastic.
The apartments are well kept but vary in how nice or updated they are. Our first apartment was awesome, and we loved it, but due to the location we switched buildings. I would do anything to switch back. This one is considered "updated" but there is nothing that even compares to the old unit. While we have more privacy
