Lived here for a year and the apartment is wonderful. Beautiful details and very spacious. Amazing views from the balcony if you happen to have one on the opposite side of the parking lot. Unfortunately can not say such good words for the management staff. Kim there is great but the manager Travis is rude and obnoxious. So if you have to speak to anyone there ask for Kim. Maintenence was nice guys as well.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I am a current resident and have been living without AC for almost a week. This is a problem we’ve been having for multiple years. The front office has “fixed” it yet the problem continues for years. Our apartment gets to over 90. When we called to report the problem the man who answered called my girlfriend “sweetheart”. Again I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Overall a great experience, any issues were handled quickly and professionally. I had indoor parking which was a huge plus, because at times it seemed snow removal could have been done better but snow removal is hard anywhere in MN. Some of the other residents are.. interesting.. but again I figured that coming in. If I was staying in Minnesota I would likely renew, apartments are a good value and grounds are kept in good shape. Even has multiple elevators in each building going to the parking garage.

A friend recently moved to this beautiful property and location is near everything that you really need! We stopped by the office earlier today and requested just floor plan information as we are considering moving here in the fall! The girl in the office was really nice and said she could show us a vacant 1 bedroom that they had available now and the 2 bedroom model if we would like to see it. This apartment community is quite and well kept up, most of the staff lives on site too! We would recommend this property even if we don’t live here yet!

I just toured the Blackberry Pointe Apartments property and might I say what a beautiful property it was. They have very spacious apartments with updated amenities and do a wonderful job with the upkeep of the place. I was mostly pleased with the Manager, Travis, he was so helpful and attentive with all of our questions we had.

I must be honest that I was very skeptical of this apartment complex before moving in not too long ago. I've only been here a little over a month and I absolutely love this complex. Contrary to others' reviews, I've had nothing but pleasant encounters with management, Travis was extremely helpful throughout the entire process before and after signing.
When we moved in, there was an issue with our flooring from the previous tenant. My fiance and I have extremely odd work schedules that fluctuate all the time. Maintenance and management were very communicative throughout the process and helped work

Poor experiences with management. Nice apartments though.
Experiences:
* Bike was locked up in underground garage. It was stolen. No cameras on bike locks for some reason.
* Management lost my rent check once and blamed me multiple times very rudely. They found it a month later.
* Maintenance team unlocked our front door and walked right into apartment on accident one time
* When discussing initial pricing, record or write down and have their management sign everything. There was some "confusion" between what was promised as far as pet pricing goes and what we received after we signed the

We've been here for two years and it's a wonderful place to live!
-very quiet and never hear our neighbors.
-The management team always addresses our concerns when we approach them....which has been maybe two times in two years.
-We had some issues with our AC in the summer and maintenance was there that day to fix. For other maintenance issues, it took a few weeks but they were minor items that didn't need immediate attention
-the property its self is well maintained, especially with plowing side walks and lots in the winter.
It's been the perfect first apartment for my fiancé and I to live

The management staff of Blackberry Pointe is incompetent, unresponsive, rude, and completely unhelpful. You'll be lucky if you can get any phone call returned, especially from Anita. If you need anything fixed or have any questions or concerns it will take you a minimum of 5 calls to gain any traction.
Management needed to enter the apartment at least once per month to perform some sort of "maintenance". This was always unplanned, uncoordinated, and often didn't occur when they indicated it would. Not sure why exactly they needed to enter our apartment continuously.
