I love my apartment here at SpringHouse! The location is perfect for my family and I. My son has a short 10 minute ride to school each day and my spouse only has to drive 15 minutes to make it downtown for work. We have 3 Kroger stores, 2 Target stores, 2 Walmart stores, Paul's Fruit Market, Aldi, and Meijer all within a 10 minute drive. We love to take our dog to the dog park and mingle with other pet owners at one of the outdoor fire pit spaces. I love the salt water pool and the outdoor grill space. My kiddo loves spending his summer break at the pool and I love how friendly the neighbors are

My roommate and I moved into this apartment complex 3 months ago and so far we have nothing but pretty great things to say! The staff is very friendly and is pretty quick about returning calls and fixing problems. When we first moved in there was a lot of maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff fixed them very quickly. Maintenance is also very professional. At our old apartment the maintenance workers would knock a few times, quickly, then immediately come in without much warning. This staff knocks and gives you a chance to open the door, or see if anyone is home, before coming in. As two

We would like to take a few moments to thank you and all of the staff at Springhouse Apartments for making our home so special! The first time we drove through the front entrance we were so happy to see all of the flowers, trees, bushes and other beautiful outdoor areas.
Now we know how carefully the property is maintained.
The few times we have had a maintenance issue the response has been immediate and professional. Each time we call the office we get a prompt, friendly reply. The fitness facility, pool, and all of the outdoor areas are spotless. What's not to love about

Out of any of the apartments I had visited in Louisville, Kentucky, me and my family found this to be among the best. The staff members and their customer service are both amazing. We had come from a 3 hour journey from Nashville, and the staff had done an exceptional job keeping us informed and helping us through the lease process. Alex, the leasing consultant, also offered me and my family snacks and goodie bags on the day of our arrival. Julie has also been really kind and helpful with us. One of my packages that I ordered online was delivered ahead of my move-in date to my address. She helped

Me & my wife applied for these places couple weeks ago & when we pulled up here, we really liked em!
We applied & then got denied & the worst part, never got a reason why. Even when we called for a reason, they wouldn’t give one. Not honest folks working here! DONT PAY $100 FOR THE APPLICATION FEE BECAUSE IF YOU GET DENIED, THEY WONT TELL YOU WHY.

Alex and Julie have been nothing but helpful. My roommate and I went and toured one of the 2 bed 2 bath floor plan and we’re blowing away with the level of customer service and up keeping of the property. The staff at Springhouse are very detailed oriented and can tell they truly care about the property as well as the residents.Throughout the application process we have continued to receive outstanding customer service . I am truly excited to live here come July .

I have had a very pleasant experience with this apartment complex so far. My car was broken into once but they were very helpful and explained they would be putting in security measures. However, people from the community center adjacent to the complex park in the parking lot and cause a lot of noise which wouldn't bother me too much but it makes my dog go crazy.
