Started looking for apartment, Filled out my app. And the staff went to work. I had some credit issues and the Property Manager went out of her way to make me at ease while she did her magic. Next thing I know, she asked how soon could I move in? I'm truly happy with the staff and the property. Love my apartment, backs up to a wooded area.

I had the worst experience trying to get information/ see an apartment a few months ago. No one would answer the phone no matter what time I called and no one returned my messages either. I stopped by one today to see if I could speak to someone and the man who answered the door was extremely rude! I would not recommend trying to get a place here.

The staff here was extremely helpful with getting me into an apartment by the date I needed to move. With all the covid restrictions in place it was almost impossible to get in touch with other properties/leasing offices, but creeks of Gladstone was open and helped me in every way they could to get me into an apartment by the date I needed. Friendly staff, spacious apartments, and reasonable rent :)

Safety, location, living space, pools, on-site laundry, extra storage, pleasantly responsive office and maintenance staff, affordability, pretty grounds (with trails).... what’s not to like?! I spose I can’t speak on each building in the complex, but the neighbors in mine have (luckily?) all been neighborly and respectful...the kind I’d feel comfortable asking for a cup of sugar from. The few (very normal) issues I’ve ever had.... spiders (in from the wooded areas of the grounds), one clogged shower drain, tripped breaker.... I calmly asked for help from staff, and received

Still haven't refunded us the $100 dollars owed after multiple calls and trips to the office the speak with the staff, they all say we will get it taken of... that was over 6 months ago and 25+ visits and phone calls to the office to try and fix the solution. I Have tried to make it convenient and easy for them to just deduct it off the following months rent or reimburse with cash, direct deposit, or check. None have worked and they just say whatever they can to get you to go away instead of actually doing what management should do and resolve the issue. At this point its ridiculous. No matter

THE WORST PLACE! every since new management took over nothing gets done! My whole bathroom ceiling caved in it went unfixed for almost 3 months with mold up there as well!! They came and put up dry wall the problem still isn’t fixed i can hear water falling in the walls when people upstairs take a shower/bath (waiting on it to cave in again any day now) I won’t bother to call anymore because nothing will be done! The lights in the breeze way have been out since summer no one has come to fix it yet! After calling office to let them know of this problem! My tub was stopped up the other day Maintenance

Ive got to give a shoutout to the staff and Especially to Miss Hannah! She was so comforting and so easy to work with! Especially with the long wait! Just glad she was patient with me, she understood my concerns and we got thru it all! When you work with people like that i know it makes life a whole lot easier! I can Look outside on the Balcony and it looks like I'm living in a green jungle lol but in a good way can't wait to see how it looks outside when its covered in Snow! The Apartment is perfect for my needs right now and just thankful i have a roof over my head because i know the struggle
