Catfish Lake Restaurant is a small individually owned restaurant that opened in 1986. Originally serving only chicken and fish, through the years we have greatly expanded our menu. Our famous house cut steaks are aged to perfection and char-broiled to order. Our rustic family atmosphere with scenic views make us unique and totally different than any of the other area restaurants.
Our homemade food and desserts and modest prices will make for a very pleasurable dining experience. Enjoy the short drive to Bellevue. We are located at the South End of Bellevue and approximately in the Southeast corner of Highway 75 & Highway 34.

Stopped in on a Fri eve around 7:30. Service was great. We were seated right away and our order was taken with in 5 mins.We ordered 1 carp dinner and 1 walleye dinner and it was served to our table with in 15 mins. The food was fresh and hot the carp was fried PERFECTLY.The walleye could have been fried just a tad bit longer to be crispy. The sever was excellent with great customer service skills. This was our 2nd time eating here and I must say both times were great 👍👍

I'd rate this in my top 3 for food. The catfish was outstanding and full of flavor. Really didn't need any lemon or Red Devil which was provided. The ham and bean soup was the best I've ever had. It's hard to find a place that makes good coleslaw and whatever your doing keep doing it. Mash Potatoes were delicious too

It's still just as amazing as the old location was! I'll be curious to see how the move affects business, though. This place is way smaller than the old location. They haven't even announced that they've reopened yet, but just by word of mouth the place was packed on the 2nd day so it should work out ok. The food is still awesome.

Cozy wood cabin interior.
Casual, very friendly and helpful service.
They have outdoor seating which would be nice in the summer time.
Food was all good. We were informed that the owner was in cooking today. Many items are made in house.
The fried oysters were delicious. The chicken is a touch salty for my taste, but still fried up nicely, with moist meat.
The prices looked high, but the portions are exceptionally large that make up for it, so the price point is fine.
I wasn't a big fan of the soup, but it wasn't bad.
If you are looking for fried food, this is definitely a good place to
