We believe in exceeding your expectations! Your pet will receive the best possible health care available, and you, as the pet parent, will receive exceptional service.

We are accredited by AAHA, meaning we uphold the most rigorous veterinary standards in North America while providing veterinary care to your pet. Our appointment times are longer than most to ensure that your pet receives the attention that he or she deserves and that all of your observations at home are discussed and all of your questions and concerns are satisfied.
Services
Our canine care is carefully designed to provide caring, compassionate, long-term, life-stage veterinary care for your dog, from puppyhood through his or her senior years. We are advocates of preventive health care through bi-annual comprehensive exams, vaccinations, laboratory testing and excellent dental care.
At Creature Comforts Animal Clinic, our feline veterinary care is designed to provide comprehensive long-term, life-stage health care for your cat, from kitten-hood through his or her senior years. Our longer, slower paced appointments help to reduce stress resulting in a calmer environment and a more enjoyable visit for you and your cat.
Just like dogs and cats, your small pet needs ongoing veterinary care, balanced nutrition, human interaction and management of their environment. You may also need behavioral guidance and understanding of your small pet. If you own a small mammal such as a rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rats, mice, or hamsters, we recommend an annual wellness exam to ensure your small pet is healthy.
Every pet and owner can benefit from behavioral counseling, regardless of type of pet, age or breed. All pets are unique, and so are their behavioral problems. Our veterinarians and trained staff can evaluate your pet's undesirable behaviors to help you solve the problem. It is our goal to help you build a healthy and rewarding relationship with your pet.
Dental disease is one of the most prevalent diseases in both dogs and cats, and good dental care is an important aspect of your dog and cat's health care routine. Regularly brushing your pet's teeth and bringing them to us for regular dental exams and professional cleaning/evaluation procedures when needed will help keep your pet healthy and pain free.

My girlfriend and I adopted a 2 year old pit mix named Kiwi and needed a vet. We started seeing Dr. Bater because of the good google reviews, and they were not wrong! She has been super patient with us as new dog owners, explains all of her thoughts on any disease/medicine/vaccine and thoroughly explains anything we’ve had questions about.
Kiwi is still working on her manners, but Dr. Bater has gone above and beyond by giving us a ton of helpful tips for training, and is super patient if Kiwi isn’t behaving perfectly in the office. The receptionist Chris (my apologies if spelled wrong), and

We have entrusted our furry children to Creature Comforts since 1997. Dr Bader and her entire staff has always provided excellent care and demonstrates their love and understanding of our dogs. This year our Brittany Spaniel needed multiple biopsies and surgeries, including extensive dental surgery and special anesthesia considerations. Our dog became young and playful again because of all their incredible care. Thank you!

We've been going to Creature Comforts for over 20 years, and they are fantastic! The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain any procedures (they're especially great with dental care), and are always current on treatments, trends, well-care, etc. I know Roxy is in the best hands with them. I highly recommend!

Dr. Bater and the entire Creature Comforts staff is out of this world! After rescuing a lonely homeless 1 year old kitten boy from the streets of Ohio, they nursed him back to health and provided him with the utmost love and affection.
When I adopted Geoffrey from creature comforts not only did they give him a bath and clip his toe nails, but they also micro chipped and registered him, gave me a folder full of resources, including names numbers and addresses of Veterinarians closer to my hometown.
They provided me with my best friend but they are always more than happy to answer any questions

I have been so impressed with the care both my dog and I receive at Creature Comforts. My dog was carefully examined and the veterinarian asked for input from me and she addressed my concerns. She took time to answer my questions and to explain his diagnosis and the treatment he needed. The staff was professional, friendly and responsive. The veterinarian was knowledgeable about my dog, the breed, and the conditions he was demonstrating. I would highly recommend Creature Comforts Clinic. You will not be disappointed!

We have been seeing Dr. Burke and Dr. Bater at CC since 2009. The doctors and staff always exceed our expectations. At every visit, they take the time to explain their treatment recommendations and answer our questions thoughtfully. They genuinely care about each of their patients. Both doctors and staff are also very helpful and responsive over the phone and via email. We really appreciate all that they do for our two cats Miles and Leela.
