This well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bath, Gulf-front condo offers close to 1,000 square feet and sleeps up to six with one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a laundry room with a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer located within the unit for your convenience.

We are Rodger and Sheila Chavis, both originally from Shreveport/Bossier City, Louisiana. We live in Carrollton, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, with our four-legged and only children, Rowdy and Phoebe. We have lived in the DFW area since we married in 1989. That same year we both began what would become our lifelong careers in creative design and marketing.

PLEASE NOTE: Guest making reservation will be the responsible member of the rental party and required to accept our rental agreement. Name on credit card should be the same as person signing the rental agreement.

Beautiful condo, excellent location. We spent 5 wonderful days in Perdido Dream. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you may need. The 5th floor location is conveniently located near the elevator and has an excellent view of the beach, especially during sunrise and sunset.
