Regina Whitesell is the Community Manager. She is on top of her game. She walked me through the whole process. Answered all my questions and made me feel at home right away. My dog and I love the dog park. I love the gym, pool/jacuzzi. The landscape is serene with ducks and bridges to cross the creek. A quaint one of a kind retreat to call home.❣️

My wife, two doggos, and I have lived at Creekwood Villas for a little over 2 years and we've been blessed to have lived at this place. From the management office to the maintenance staff, they've made our experience incredible. They're warm-welcoming and attentive to our needs. Under a "one-man" show at the leasing office, I don't know how Regina, the landlord, does it but she's on top of everything! I also commend Manny, one of the maintenance staff, as I always see him on the move around the whole complex fixing, cleaning, and helping a lot of the tenants. We've seen continuous renovations to

Creekwood Villas was a hidden gem for my husband and I. The neighborhood was nice and pet friendly and any issues we had were promptly addressed by management or maintenance. Most of the amenities have been renovated or are in the process of being renovated, so it’s only getting better. We moved out because we wanted a house, but if you’re looking for an affordable and nice apartment, check them out.

Creekwood Villas is an outstanding complex, not only because of it's uniquely landscaped layout with running creek and mature trees that create their own beautiful trac; also the community itself. We've enjoyed the seasonal decoration contest (which we also won one of them) along with all the other immunities that the office personnel put through out the year. We've enjoyed our first year here, and am looking forward to our next.

I just applied for the studio which is not only reasonably priced, but has an awesome layout. When I walked to the office and passed along the creek I was greeted by a family of ducks! It was such a tranquil environment. Once I had a tour I was sold. The office staff was very helpful with all of my questions.
